Positively surprised. The rooms are very clean. Good facilities. The bathroom is big enough and very clean. Very attentive service. Breakfast was good and beautifully presented. The staff is very friendly.

The safe didn't work, but that didn't stop me from spending good time in a quiet and comfortable room.

Funny manager, very fast, friendly and flexible. Good breakfast, big bathroom, enough parking spaces, easy to find.

very good breakfast, nice rooms, wonderful host (who went significantly out of his way to help me with an issue with my bicycle; on thruway from Switzerland to Holland)

It provided a bed after a long day's drive and little else.

Restaurant not open at weekends- only discovered this in retrospect on a more detailed read of their website. It is literally the last line.

Nice room if a little small but very modern and clean , substantial breakfast, restaurant and bar is closed on Fri, Sat,& Sun, free parking.

Location was nice, quiet. Room was nice, clean & accommodated me well. Staff was pleasant & helpful!

No tea-coffee in the room, very small room,not taking card payment in the own restaurant ,we have to walk 1.5 km to get cash in the town centre !!!

There was a free parking area right in front of the facility. The staff was nice and polite. Breakfast was delicious

The room was little too small. Breakfast was too early for us, 6:30-8:00AM. There was a private house with a pool next to the property, so there was too much children noice for us

It's a cozy quaint little hotel. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was a nice surprise, really well done.Very clean, you can tell that they value their property.

It's a bit small, like slim hallways and small size rooms, but for an overnight stay of one or two days it's fine.

Don't even think about staying here!

Telling a guest to go find somewhere else to stay when they complain that someone is trying to get into their room is not great customer service...The young guy working here is incredibly rude and vaguely threatening - he does not like his job and seems to enjoy making people feel uncomfortable. Don't stay here!

Everything about the place was awesome. We stayed there as a newly wedded couple for three days.

The apartments should have an option to select between king beds and single beds.

Breakfast was great. The staff was lovely. The room was very clean.

The door is translucent and everytime someone passes outside the lights gets on, so it is super annoying during the night.

Very kind and helpful hosts/owner, great beds, breakfast was very good as well. Location is great to visit cities and nature for hiking. Many restaurants are close by as well as shops.

The shower was leaking a little. But that’s it.

The staff was very kind and helpfull. They are such friendly and nice people. The room was exceptionally clean, the beds are great and the breakfast included is amazing! It looked like the room was almost brand new, because it was very modern and clean. There is also a restaurant with a very good menu and an oppurtunity to stay for a few drinks in the evening. If we pass Kerpen again in the future, we will stay here once again for sure. - Thank you very much for the amazing and comfortable stay!

The room we stayed in had only one "roof-window" opening electric (closing automatically when raining), therefore a little bit damp and dark. But besides that, our stay was absolutely perfect!

Parking right outside the hotel. Nice room with plenty of hot water. Good food and beer.
