Hotel Plata

We arrived very late and due to overbooking had a room replacement. We used parking, air conditioning worked well, everything was clean. I was surprised to see large work tables in every room, chairs and super-large bathrooms.A kind woman gave us cold water in the morning.

Crowdy square outside and delivery guy's motos — too loud, motos should be banned on narrow streets of old town.

Beautifully decorated room with a reasonably comfy bed. Excellent blind and curtains combination, and a hot/cold air conditioning unit facing the bed. Nice view over the plaza, and within easy reach of the town's bus stop and local cafes, shops and bars. Best of all: fantastic hiking countryside on the doorstep!

I was disappointed that there wasn't a kettle in the room (I take hot chocolate powder and marshmallows with me everywhere!). There was also only one long pillow to share between two people, so I requested a couple of others. The hotel kindly provided these, but when I returned the following afternoon, I found that the cleaners had taken one of the additional pillows, so I had to ask for another. It was only on the morning I was packing to leave that I found that the cleaners had bizarrely put the missing pillow in the wardrobe!

Decor rather dark

Clean, spacious rooms and great value for money. Located in walking distance of everything in the town.

The lady waitressing at breakfast was so so rude! I have never experienced such rudeness from someone in hospitality! All other staff were very helpful and friendly.

Huge beds, huge good shower/bath. Good breakfast

Very big bathroom with a bath and plenty of hot water was a nice bonus for the price. The modern decor was an acquired taste but nicely done. Big comfortable bed. Nice town square out the front of the hotel with cafe and ice cream shop.

With a big bed, a table and two large chairs the room felt a little cramped and I stubbed my toe.

Spacious and well-equipped

One of the towels did not smell so fresh. But despite this, this is a recommended hotel

The bedrooms were very comfortable, with big bathrooms as a bonus.The bed was big with a nice mattress and pillows.Since the tap water is not very good to drink, the staff quickly offered a big bottle of water to have in the room.

The soundproofing of walls, windows and doors is not the best and you can hear some noise from the street, the floor lobby, and other rooms, including doors closing, people talking, etc...The breakfast has a good quality-price relationship but it's lacking some savoury options.

Excellent Location

The behaviour of the owner who didn't allow some other colleagues of mine who were living in another hotel to come and visit me in the lobby. He literally threw them out of the hotel with the excuse that since they don't stay in the hotel they don;t have any business being there

Good localization, clean rooms and everyday cleaning service, big and comfortable bathrooms, tasty breakfast.

Localisation was crucial - city center, and everyday room cleaning. Some retro artsy feeling..

I lost my flight and the owner, after contact him, didn't want to return the fee paid in advance.

In general, everything

A little bit of noise in the square outside our room, but if you close the Windows, and Switch on the air con, you are fine. But the town was having its fiestas! Great atmosphere!

The hotel was excellent and the staff were very friendly.

The area IBI was so boring. No entertainment, closed shops and nothing to do during the day. The people had very poor English.

Huge rooms and bathrooms. Cleanness and location are remarkable.

No soundproofing, you could hear every sound coming from the street through the windows. Horrible psycho decoration inspired by some sort of drug cartel. Unstable and rude manager. They have children under 16 working in the reception. The hotel doesn’t feel safe nor friendly or homely. Read Google reviews for more.

Excellent location in the middle of the old town, just next to a cosy plaza. Exceptionally large bathroom. All with a reasonable price!

Windows are not soundproof at all. Noises from street and square might disturb.
