    Pros +

    • We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed it. The location was great, the staff was friendly, and everything was clean and quiet. Perfect for a relaxing stay.
    • The location, the restaurant nearby, very picturesque. The room is ample and has a minibar. The main mattress was very comfy! The staff was very nice. The location with the garden was great to relax and enjoy some silence with a view of the salines. Great breakfast in a beautiful room too !
    • Beautiful location and confortable beds An excellent breakfast included in the price of the room

    Cons -

    • Breakfast was average—not the best we had during our trip. The shower water was warm but never quite hot, and at times there was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom. The hotel restaurant was also quite pricey, and the food didn’t really meet our expectations. It seemed like some cost-saving measures affected overall comfort. Still, it was a pleasant stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
    • A bit dusty in parts, some hair that didn't belong to me on the floor in the bathroom, and the bathroom shower is a bit outdated. Also, I'd put a coffee machine in the room. Or a tea kettle. Finally I'd open the windows a little before guests check-in because the room had a humidity smell to it when we first got in.
    • The room was dark.

Location, the breakfast and the courtyard.

    The room was dark.

It was a very unique property near the salt pans. Wonderful sunsets and restaurant. Breakfast was excellent with so much variety. The staff went above and beyond to make sure your stay was excellent. Comfortable bed and room.

The hotel is in a relatively remote spot by the salt pans but with a welcoming seafood trattoria just a stroll across the causeway. The museum next door to this was really interesting and you could buy products at a reasonable price. The gardens and sunsets were beautiful, and the pool a good size and often empty. Our room was very comfortable but we would have appreciated a coffee machine. There was a good choice at breakfast.

No coffee and tea facilities in the room.

Wonderful situation overlooking salt pans. Very peaceful and our room with terrace and jacuzzi was great with fantastic views of sunsets. The swimming pool was also very nice with lots of seating around it. The restaurant was closed the night we arrived but the hotel arranged a taxi to take us to nearby restaurant which was very nice.

The restaurant in the old mill near the hotel which is the normal restaurant was not great - very slow service and badly cooked food the night we went.

The staff speaks practical English which was very helpful. Everyone was very kind. The beauty of the property and surroundings are amazing. The environment is comfortable, clean and welcoming.

This is likely an American issue, but there was not an option of a simple sandwich or snack to have unless you went into town to the Life Bar (which I recommend!). There were times we were just too tired after site seeing to go back out to eat.

Amazing view, easy to visit the salt lakes, 15min drive from the airport, AC and pool ?

    Breakfast could improve.

Amazing estate, on the edge of salt pans and a neighbour to Salt Museum. Peaceful morning walks, stunning sunsets and great pool area. Location was perfect for making daily trips to Trapani, Erice, Segesta, Marsala, San Vito Lo Capo and Saline dello Stagnone. Or just relax by the pool in a quiet atmosphere. Breakfast had a lot of variety, served in a nice dinning room. Room was big and clean.

    10JennyPosted on: 5-21-2024

Exceptional position on the edge of the saltpans. A pleasing cool low building with a blue and white theme.

    10JanePosted on: 5-20-2024

Beautiful hotel with impeccable and comfortable rooms and warm welcome from the staff. Airy, pretty breakfast room with a generous spread of lots of local delicacies, fresh fruit, fresh squeezed juice. Gorgeous pool with lots of lounge furniture and shade options.

After rain, the short road to salt pans and museum and restaurant is very muddy! Not fault of the hotel…improvements are forbidden as the road is part of a nature preserve.

    9JavierPosted on: 5-20-2024

Great location in the middle of the salines with a great restaurant at walking distance. Walking from hotel to restaurant at sunset is amazing ?

    6AndreaPosted on: 4-13-2024

Peaceful location, relax out of the city, but still close by.

This particular cheaper room, opened right into their reception booth. In fact it was attached to reception. So when their staff started talking on the telephone at 8 am, the noise woke us up. Also in photos it said swimming pool, but in reality the pool was empty. They said they open it in summer. Since it was middle of salt lands, far from any beach, it was important option that was missing. Also, breakfast was very limited compared to photos, and the staff were talking laud during breakfast for a long time, no music. very "out of season, who cares" type of behaviour.

    9LouisePosted on: 4-13-2024

Quiet, easy to find, parking, calm colours fitted with the environment.

    7HelenPosted on: 4-11-2024

Lovely and unique location (provided you have a car!). Staff were very welcoming and helpful.

We had ground floor rooms with windows that were above head height, meaning you can't see out. This made it feel a bit claustrophobic.
