Best Western Hotel Hillerød

The staff was and is great they all took the time to learn my name which is amazing!

I wish it had a bar for after work meetings and networking time.

The gentleman at the front desk was wonderful, helped us operate our TV

I loved the location and the inside was very pretty! I loved the way they decorated the hallways and entrance. We loved the breakfast and spent time in many stores to find the amazing tea they served(we found it)! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They told us about places to visit and where to eat. Great job!

It was one of the hottest days in Denmark and there’s was no A/C. It was very warm that night to sleep.

5 mins away from Royal Arena which was perfect for me! Staff was kind.

The breakfast options were very limited and flavor wasn’t great. The coffee was not even fresh. Curtains in the room did not block the early sunlight at this time of the year. Bathroom floor remained wet for hours after showering. Not enough toilet paper or soap in the containers. The food in the restaurant was very mid and pricey. Walls and doors are very thin, and you could hear even conversations next door or outside in the hall.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast had good and healthy options. Very comfortable bed!

The walk in shower is always apreciated as i am a big person. The big sink in the room was helpfull. The room feels bigger than it is.Access to the outside from the room with a small table.

No mini fridge in the room.The breakfast does not have a very big veriety and in a week long stay it becomes too repetitive.

The breakfast was great, lots of choice and mostly home made.

The beds were really uncomfortable. The sofa sounded as if it was going to break and unusable. The furniture was rusty. Lots of weeds and unkempt garden. Noise late at night from other guests. The decor is dated and not maintained.

Amazing staff! We arrived very late and they were very accommodating and kind. The breakfast was very good. We liked the hotel concept, quiet surrounding, little terrace in front of our room and also parking right at the property. And hotel was like 10 minutes car ride from Frederiksborg Castle. Definitely would love to stay again.

The only reason we booked this hotel was that it advertised as having a restaurant and as we were arriving late - after 8ish - as the hotel is a half hour walk from the town, we didn't want to go searching for food. However on arrival the reception staff said the restaurant was closed "for the summer". This was very disappointing and caused us to take the car into town to find somewhere to eat. Had we known that the restaurant would be closed, we definitely would NOT have booked this hotel. Misrepresentation. Booking.com please note.

For us the location was perfect, for it's only a 5 minute walk to Tenniscenter Hillerod. The room was spacious, with a little terras. Coffee and tea available in the room. The beds were good, so was the breakfast. The lady at the reception was very friendly!

The bathroom was okay and functional, but a little outdated.

- lovely staff- fairly central- great breakfast with lots of organic options.

- cleaning is done on request, during a week stay, my towels were changed only twice and only when i had to ask. Seems that's the default position (I was never asked during check in if cleaning is required or not). - rooms are terribly warm and the AC system isn't any good. U stayed in room 227 if that's going to help the hotel owners correct things.- room lighting was poor.- bathroom (and room in general) is very basic, all you get is a hand soap dispenser, both at the hand wash basin and... the shower!- money value wise, there are better options I'd say.

Great place, friendly staff and the upgrade to the suite was very welcome. Shame we were only there for one night. But we'll be back another time

The hotel was located centrally and the staff were nice.

The rooms were really poor and standard - maybe a little bit boring. The beds where old and mattresses felt well used. Bathroom where not clean and there was also a lot of calcium in the bath. Toilet paper was the lowest quality available.Worst thing was the temperature in the hotel. It was like a tropical climate but there was no air conditioning and the night was not enjoyable due to the high temperature. The architecture of the hotel is like a green house which properly caused the high temperature in the room.For this price you can get a hotel room in central Copenhagen which will give you a way better experience.
