Trip Inn Hotel Frankfurt-Heusenstamm Tagungshotel

The hotel at a small bar and restaurant which was nice to have as the hotel is in a remote area. Rooms were big and spacious with a nice veranda.

Hotel staff were not helpful at all. Chamber maids forgot to come and clean our room twice!!!. We almost had to beg for new towels at the property. When they did come, They only made the bed and left the trash cans full and other things everywhere. They made no effort at all. Reports were maid to the reception and they actually told us to just write a bad remove about the property instead of mending the issues. horrible construction around the property.

Super friendly staff even though it was a Sunday and receptionist was alone,she organised me a better room (nearer the lifts and wheelchair usable room)At breakfast staff helped me with the self-service once again staff member was alone All in all will strongly recommend this to all my family who will be visiting me a lot in the coming years.

As I didn't think of booking a special room I found the bed too high for me to use.However my daughter who was there the following night said the bed was very comfortable.

Rooms are superb and great value for money.

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed on our visit but there was a small choice of pizzas at the bar.

Very close to the motorway which helped immensely as we were in transit. Big spacious apartment, fit for 4 of us, very clean and equipped with anything you need if you would like to cook for yourself.

Instructions to get to the hotel were quite confusing as there was a construction side around the hotel

The biggest issue was the location and access to the property. The accommodation can only be approached via a dark, narrow road, where roadworks were ongoing. All GPS systems directed us to a closed construction area with clear “no entry” signs. There was no signage at all indicating an alternative route. The surrounding area was deserted, with construction fences, materials, and an empty multi-storey car park near the forest, which felt unsafe. I spent over 30 minutes driving around before finally finding someone who could explain where the accommodation actually was. Given the circumstances, placing clear directional signs would have required minimal effort.Additionally, although a kettle was provided and sugar was available, there was no coffee or tea as advertised. The mugs and coffee equipment were poorly cleaned; visible coffee residue remained inside the cups, indicating they had not been properly washed.

Overall great value for money! The room was very clean and spacious, and the balcony was a great bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a wide and tasty selection. Handy location and free parking!

Great as a “on the way” property. Close to the motorway and with great comfy!

The rooms are new and spacious, the staff is kind and friendly, the breakfast has a good international buffet selection to suit different tastes, and the internet works very well.

The hotel is huge, almost too big, while parking is limited and there's no way to access the entrance by car. The hotel is located outside, in a complex of Herasmus Academy, a swimming pool, and other buildings under construction that aren't easy to find. The room isn't very soundproof, even to the outside, the shower exhaust works poorly, if at all, and it's best to have breakfast before the student groups arrive.

In the bathroom, the water from the shower wasn't draining, probably someone was careless.

Location was useful to us and the bed was okay. Room was generally clean. We did not expect much as the price was 70€ per night that was another good point.

Parking is far away, quite a distance to walk with luggage. The faucet in the bathroom sink was loose and moving around. The handsoap dispenser was empty, we had to go buy handsoap ourselves.

A comfortable bed and room.. Quite place. Easy parking. Close to the highway.

I believe that the section of the hotel where our room was located used to be a smoking part of the hotel. I could still smell the cigarettes in the hallway. There was also an ashtray at the balcony. So I'm not sure about the non smoking policy in the rooms.

For a night, really comfy.

If you come by car, in the dark(past 21:00), and you are first time there, and don't know the place around..was really hard to come to the property. Google maps didn't find a way to enter the area..there was road closure nearby and road works ect. No instructions to find the place.

Room was great better than expected good for one night stay when you are on the road

its smells off cigarette smoke in the hall and the main excess people smoke inside off the building. parking is not close not handy with a partner that has mobility issues.
