Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and evening meal. We enjoyed the pool area.

Clan and spacious, and value for money. Nice outside pool. The air conditioning worked very well since it is notcommon in many hotels. Very quiet.

No mini fridge in the room

Setting and grounds, beautiful maintianed gardens. Staff excellent. Dining room and terrace. Location. Excellent breakfast.

Bathroom rather small and only one shelf to place toiletries, no cupboard.

Fantastic stay at this family friendly hotel. Would definitely stay again. The breakfast buffet was vast with lots of options. The hotel grounds were brilliant for taking a stroll and we even found a quality childrens playground. Our room in the main part of the hotel was spacious and very comfortable.

The bed height from the ceiling is too low and it's a family room with two small beds instead of one big bed.

A lot of smaller issues all of which wouldn’t be problematic on their own but accumulated showed that the hotel maintenance is not up to speed. that was really annoying for a hotel of its class, for example:- shower sink clogged, water almost runs out- in room interactive communication system repeatedly loses connectivity to wlan/wifi turning it useless- steam sauna water tube for cleaning benches doesn’t give water- finish sauna ice water bucket empty/not operational- salad and antipasti starters in restaurant Klosterstübchen tasteless (while some mains are really good)- some furniture shows a bit too much wear and tear and room walls in need of a paint job- et cetera…

Such a gloriously beautiful hotel in the grounds of a former Cistercian monastery. Good rooms, great restaurant (home brewed beer) and superb breakfast!

Breakfast was good but I don't see any reason for paying 24 euro. its expensive in compare what you can get, either they should reduce price or improvement more option and quality in it.

No tea/coffee facilities. No fridge. One bottle of warm water provided for duration of the stay. Small only partially functional wellness facilities. Fitness facility separate from the main hotel. Hotel guidance not really geared to non-German speakers. Room make up cursory

Didn't buy breakfast - too expensive at 24 euros! Again, for a top hotel, it is disappointing that tea/coffee make Ng facilities are not in every room. Our room was right at the end - I think amongst, probably, working staff, so the smoking was not so pleasant

The building is superb, as are the complete hotel grounds. The rooms are really comfortable and neat. I like it that there are multiple buildings and possibilities to stay in. The breakfast was also REALLY wonderful.

The rooms are dated in the main hotel. Staff was not unfriendly unfortunately
