Location. Hotel is nice but improvements are necessary.

Early check in 30 Euros?! No Mini Bar in Room.

The View, the Lake, the Building. Spacious Rooms.

Personal not so professional.Better Cleaning the Rooms and Bathrooms. In 4 Days was 1 time Cleaning and very quickly and superficial. Breakfast was low bis medium for the 12,5 e Price.

1. The Location! Nice big Garden, the lake View. 2. The Room was ok. Spacious. 3. The Breakfast was good but still to improve some things for example (better baking the bread, Omlett must be fresh, not over cooked).

1. More professional Behaviour from the Staff will be better. When they ask if you want to take Breakfast and you answear you will be you will think about it, they don't have to pressure you to give an answear immediatly, some of us we are here to work and not to make Vacation Plans. 2. The Parking 2 Euros a day its not necessary! You are paying for Rooms already! This is not acceptable. That why my Note will be down. This is very disrespectfull to take advantage for every euro.3. More Cleaness in Bathrooms for example the Washing - the soda from the sink was extremely dirty and there was mold in the shower!

Liked the surroundings and the lake. Nice buffet evening meal, even with drinks included.

Sadly, the weather was not good enough to venture out and see the sandy beach and have a dip in the lake. Next time maybe...

Fantastic place for spending couple of days riding bikes. There is great infrastructure for bike trips in nearby area. The hotel rooms are extremely comfortable, personnel did everything to make the stay as pleasant as possible. And there is bike storage

Surrounding area is post industrial so one can't get fully in touch with nature. I'm not a fan of German cuisine, so very good menu offered for meals didn't meet perfectly my personal taste preferences (not complaining, just explaining why it wasn't 10, which I must admit, the stay was very close to)

The food was okey and the surrounding of the hotel is nice and calm. There is also a Lidl very close.

Ufortunately the lady at the reception does not speak english.There is neither refrigerator in the room, nor a common one that guests could use. Thus a couple of food I just bought before ended up in the garbage.It is written the hotel has "wellness" - in reality it actually only means a sauna and some sun beds in the basement.

The breakfast was fine and wide range.

A lady at the reception desk was absolutely unfriendly. There was dinner only until 8 p.m.The bed was too soft, not comfortable.

Nice hotel by the lake above the harbor. We stayed in the next building, the room was good, quite spacious, with a good bathroom.The view from the room was pleasant, the hotel has a large parking lot.Comfortable beds.Very nice premises for breakfast with an extensive gallery of historical paintings, the breakfast was also quite appetizing.

Nothing special, everything was fine.

the reception staff were a pleasure to deal with . The room was just as we expected our stay was an enjoyable brake on a long journey .

Very friendly and helpful staff. Fälschermuseum was nice. They offered a free cocktail one evening. Sauna was OK and included.

They charged 2€ a day for parking when there is no other way to arrive except by car (should be included in price) and 5€ a day for a kettle (which should be a standard feature of a hotel room). The evening buffet was disappointing - no fresh vegetables but frozen mixed vegetables - for 19€ per person. Also the coffee served at breakfast was instant coffee. The room was was not decorated nicely but more like a standard hotel. The bottle of water in the room cost 3€ but could have been offered from the house as the hotel belongs to the Travdo chain. The area around the hotel doesn't offer much to do.

Comfortable room in a modern villa next to main building. Lovely big modern bathroom and comfortable beds. The evening meal was an expected treat. Excellent food at reasonable prices. Waiter was efficient and friendly. I really like the breakfast room the fake masterpieces hanging on the walls.

The rooms were quite loud. I could hear people coming back into the hotel at night.

Good room on ground floor with easy access to garden for travelling with our little dog.

Did not enjoy the fact that there were designated times one could eat breakfast. so on Sunday morning the only "free" spot was either at 07h30 - too early or 10h00 - too late. Been to over 100 hotels - never been told when I can eat breakfast, Rubbish. Also no kettle and cups in room to make tea.
