Convenient for what I needed

Pillows too flat and hard as well as mattress

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast wonderful. Restaurant next to hotel for dinner.

It’s a bit off the trail if you are hiking the Via Francigena but you can cut back over in the morning

Very nice lady on reception and she served breakfast in the morning. Breakfast was plentiful.Restaurants next door was very good and good value for money.

Rooms were on the small side. Showers were small and a bit mouldy. Plastic mattress cover wasn’t very comfortable.

the welcomeness when we arrive at the hotel, we arrive late and still they waited for us, even the restaurant was able to serve us dinner.

The most delightful host and hostess.Despite language barrier we felt very welcome and cared for.Meal in adjacent restaurant was outstanding and very reasonably price not to mention delicious and convenient.Breakfast was yummy.

Shower stall needed some deep cleaning.

It’s about a half an hour walk to town, so you’re stuck eating in the restaurant unless you want to venture out. Service in the restaurant was not great. The room looked out over a parking lot. There was definitely black mold in the shower.

Very helpful staff both on reception and in the restaurant. Clean and very comfortable room.

The breakfast

This is the perfect stop to break up the stage. The host Mario (he is called “Super Mario”) is charming and very welcoming! He made my stay perfect. I was also grateful for the restaurant next door. The food was excellent, and the staff was lovely. A solid choice for the Via Francigena, especially if you’re just starting out.

All was great. I advise pilgrims to look up the location. It’s not exactly on the way but doesn’t add any real distance.

Recently refurbished with bright rooms and very friendly staff.The restaurant next door is convenient for not having to take the car to go elsewhere

The breakfast was catered mainly to Italian palates, but everyone could find something they liked

large spotless room with balcony,Staff were super helpful and friendly especially the lady on reception.We ate in the attached pizza restaurant which was excellent .For people walking the Via Francigena it’s about a kilometre off the route and a few km out of town.Turn off as soon as you descend from the banks and meet a road

we liked everything,it was better than described,they gave us a different room on request on a lower floor as it had no lift

Great facilities. Quite. The staff are friendly and cater to all your needs. You'll definitely feel at home here.

English of staff isn't the greatest - but given you are in Italy that is to be expected.

Helpful staff, great restaurant adjacent, do not be put off by the location; this is a good place to stay.

Location is a 15/20 minute walk fro the town and by industrial units; however, do not let this put you off. We really enjoyed our stay and the meal at the adjacent restaurant.

Such a nice and warm place, all the staff is helpful and caring. My mom and I booked two single rooms and there were next to each other, super clean, and comfortable!

The breakfast was ok but did not include any fruits, which could be a good option, specially during summer days. Also, there wasn't a self coffee machine so you need to ask at the bar every time you want a beverage.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff very helpful and check in was quick and easy. The restaurant connected to the property was also very convenient and the food was good.

Really well located. The hotel was welcoming and perfect for what we required for our trip.

Breakfast was only served until 9am. For those that prefer to have a lie in it a little early.

Very good for a stop over on Via Francigena and good breakfast.
