very nice stay if arriving on bikes. Restaurant served great burgers, good breakfast.

The hotel might look a little 'tired' from the outside and, while quite old, was very clean, comfortable and had all the expected facilities. Parkin was easy, the restaurant and bar were excellent for an evening meal and drink; food was good quality and very reasonably priced. There was a good breakfast with a wide choice. The staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke good English.

Very popular bar and restaurant with locals gave it a lovely atmosphere. Food was excellent. Would definitely go back.

It was a very hot summer day, and there's not air conditioning.

The building was smelling like in a hospital and the staircase was not really welcoming. There wasn’t an air conditioner in the room, so too hot inside during the night. The towels were clean, but somehow not so soft and agreeable when touching. The breakfast was the poorest ever seen.

Asian style hotel and service while having Austrian prices.

Poor breakfast, only salami and cheese, no yoghurt, cereal, fruit. Room with broken facilities, light did not work in the toilet in the common grounds, the hair drier did not work, the curtains were torn, no soap in the shower, the flow from the bathtub did not go smoothly. In other Austrian hotels you get a rich breakfast with fruit, cereal, cocoa and the rooms are much nicer, with a balcony. Here at Am Limes much should be improved or the price should be 30% lower.

Don't know where positive reviews come from but unless you're a Neanderthal stay away!!!

There was no one at the Hotel to give us the keys. No one has answered the phones listed outside of the property. ( 3 different numbers). Hotel entrance is obscured by a Pizza place so unless you know that the entrance is behind the Pizza you are scr...d!! Circling the Hotel for 30 minutes at 2:00 am, in desperation, I have honked my horn several times and a disturbed neighbor came out to see what's going. After I've explained the situation he took pity on us and tried to help us. He found the entrance to the reception that was closed but he opened a box outside the door and found 2 room keys that turned out to be keys to our rooms. (No note inside indicating that those are our keys). Now we needed to find the entrance to the Hotel. Again, we walked around the property and found an open door that led to 2 bathrooms and a storage room. We walked farther and found a door marked "Guest rooms" A steep staircase led us to the 3rd floor where the rooms were located. No elevator!! If it wouldn't be for the help of the young gentlemen we would not be able to carry our luggage up the stairs. Rooms very narrow with a single bed next to the window. A Spartan outfitted room. No Internet, TV not working, No Air Conditioning!! Breakfast was horrible!! Few slices of yellow cheese and and some sort of salami.. Orange colored, warm water was presented as Orange juice!! We left this place as fast as we could.

Almost nothing was favourable about the property. It happened to be close to some acquaintances but that was it.

Everything else was quite bad. It was not really clean, it had sub-standard facilities, the rooms were full of unnecessary furniture which was in the way. There was a long desk but without a chair, there was a big cooler which, when switched on, was far too bright to sleep with. The furniture looked worn and outdated. The bedroom was within earshot of all the people chatting in the car park. The service was unimpressive and the atmosphere was negative.

Good location, beds were OK.

The whole place was a bit rundown. Tile grouts in the bathroom were mouldy. Breakfast plates were dirty. Breakfast very limited. The bedroom was very small and there was no air-conditioning. On arrival at 18.00, the room was already sweltering and despite opening the window, it did not get any cooler later. It was impossible to sleep in that heat (July). Staff too busy to attend to arriving guests (the place is also a pizzeria, which seemed to take priority).

Staff was nice and helpful. The location is fine, close to the centre and next to a supermarket and above a restaurant.

The room was incredibly hot, just like the whole hotel. When we left the window opened, it was nooisy from the terace of the restaurant below. All in all, the stay would have been ok, but definitely not within its price range. The price was definitely too much for what we got.

The Hotel is about an Italian restaurant so it was a good option for a sunday.

Food in Restaurant was excellent.

It is not far from the city center.
