Pros +
- Very good value for money and super clean
- Friendly greeting on arrival. Rooms appeared to be clean and new. Bedding was good and mattresses were comfortable.
- New hotel, clean, parking available, very friendly staff
Cons -
- Nice staff and clean simple rooms
- The toilet did not work. When flushed it filled but did not drain. Unfortunately we did not find out until 2am when our children were unwell, resulting in a very unpleasant situation. Also, the sound proofing between rooms was very poor, could hear neighbours on the phone and their baby all night, as if they were in the same room as us. Tried to report the toilet problem to reception before departing at 8.30am the next morning, but there was no-one there.

New hotel, clean, parking available, very friendly staff
Industrial area, small rooms
Poor facilities. Should not be classed as a hotel. Apart from the room there are no other facilities such as restaurant, bar etc. If one cannot even get a breakfast it is not a hotel.
Room is very cheaply decorated and furnished. Basic laminate flooring in top of concrete floor makes it noisy and cold. There acoustics are not great either between the rooms. Conversations in the room next door could easily be heard.
Ok for overnight stay no wi fi
Wi fi could have worked. Chap as reception was rude to our female friend. No decent coffee or tea facilities below expectations
Size of room was good, bathroom was clean with nice clean towels, easy access to the hotel with parking provided.
The smell of the bedding was as if it hadn’t been washed.
The exceptionally friendly staff. Eager to improve the new hotel. Quiet, clean, comfortable. This was my third time and each time there is an improvement!
Wifi signal a bit weak. Room a bit small. Missing a hook for my coat (this was promised for my next visit ?) and a little stand or table to put my suitcase on and a reading light.
Great staff, very clean and fresh hotel
