Disappointing Stay – Would Not RecommendMy experience at this hotel was one of the worst I’ve ever had, and I’ve traveled extensively, including to developing countries. The issues started the moment I arrived.Difficult Check-in & Poor CommunicationIt was unclear where the entrance to the hotel was. You have to go through an Italian restaurant, then through an unmarked door at the far end of the floor, and finally up a staircase with no signage indicating a reception or even that a hotel exists. The elevator wasn’t working, which meant carrying luggage up two flights of stairs.When I arrived at reception around 1:30 PM, knowing that my room would be ready by 3 PM, I found an abandoned, run-down space that looked like something straight out of the 1970s. It was shady, outdated, and completely unstaffed. I rang the bell twice with no response. Instead, I was met by other guests—who seemed to already be living there—who informed me that I’d likely have to call a number to check in.After waiting for one and a half hours with no staff in sight, another guest gave me the phone number. When I called, the person on the other end barely checked my information before directing me to a box on another floor where I could retrieve my key. No ID verification, no proper check-in process—just vague instructions in an unclear manner (and I am a native German speaker).Run-down Facilities & Lack of CleanlinessThe entire building reeked of cigarettes, and some guests were playing loud music. Once I got to my room, it was immediately clear that the photos on Booking.com were outdated, likely from when the hotel was new. The room itself was dirty and neglected:•The floor was dusty, and under the bed, I found dust clumps and crumbs.•The toilet paper was already partially used.•The bathroom smelled bad, and the shower had a thick orange rim of grime, which made me opt out of showering altogether.

Very poor. Not what was advertised in photos at all

'Apartment' couldn't be further from advertised in photos. Kitchen and windows held together with duct tape. Walls dirty.

At registering there was great reception girl. There is a lift. Possible to park in garage, however very narrow.Room was quite big.

Very rude staff. Ask to pay one more time for garage, however we already paid, asked to proove it. Several time room cleaning staff come to our room (first time around at 8, then at 9), while we still were sleeping. While we still had time to checkout, person came and told that we need to checkout and leave now (like we were late, but it was not true).There is black molde in the bathroom. Room was not very clean, there was dust in corners, on the table near the bed. I am not recommending to use this hotel.

Clean and comfortable for a one night stop over with a secure parking garage.

Check-in was easy. Staff was friendly. We have not booked breakfast, but it looked okay for a 3-star hotel. Rooms where clean and beds very comfortable. Checkout was easy since the payment has already been made before we even arrived.

The shower itself was not very spacious, the shower head was calcified and did not work properly.

Breakfast was more than ok. Coffee was great. Hot cappuccino.. that is hard to find now adays because the milk is stored in a cooled reservoir. But their machine got it up to heat. Nice staff.

Big disappointment

The hotel has a really low guest profile. I was not able to sleep during my two nights stay due to neighbours being extremely loud. There was no staff to help after 22:00. Rooms are not clean-I had a spider net- and smells like ashtray.

Convenient location. Free public parking around the hotel (not in their garage). Excellent Italian restaurant in the same building. Room sufficiently large and quiet (facing away from main road into back yard).

Breakfast was really way sub-standard. No matter which time (early/latel were bread rolls (almost) emty. Only industrially produced preserved cake (like those packaged cakes in the supermarket). Scrambled eggs always empty. No fresh juice. The shower head was so calcified that almost no water came out. I was just about to head to the hardware store and buy a new one. Never experienced anything like that.

Everything was fine. Especially the breakfast. Italian Restaurant right there and Türkish fast food around the corner.

Room was clean. In principle, theoretically room had basic all things. Formula is good

1. Shower was not good. Water came outside the bathroom, and it was irritatingly wet. Water came outside in room. We had to use towels to dry the floor.2. The breakfast room is a bad show only because of man power. One nice and decent person to do reception, food supply, cooking cutting, and refilling all by herself.3. We were four persons. We could not find a table for 35 minutes because singles were sitting on tables for 4. And group had occupied tables longer than they should. Someone should organise/allot tables to fitting groups or individuals.4. It was hot. There was a fan but not enough.On the whole it was OK, but it could be far better if the right kind of manager is involved

People were friendly. Easy parking situation

Check in too complicated. Difficult to reach staff since reception was not occupied when we arrived. Room was way too hot with no AC. Room full of dust and bathroom was not very clean.
