Pros +
- Proper room and bathroom
- Receptionist Monika was so friendly and helpful. Staff English was very good.
- Nice hotel, good price and good Czech beer.
Cons -
- No cleaning of the rooms and bed-making during the whole stay (4days)Extremly noisy as there is a large “party-room” and there were festivities everyday until 4:00am
- Was many parties until 5am.Was informed before confirming. Was my choice.Did not know what noise levels to expect.
- Each morning around 6 am ladies prepared the breakfast but it was so loud that I woke up immediately. Therefore I do not recommend rooms 105, 106 or 107.

Nice place to stay. Clean place very friendly stuff. Good tasty breakfast.
The only problem was noise at 5am from the near factory. I had to close window. On top of that all good
Team was very welcoming. The room was very clean ant tidy. very good value for money. breakfast was continental but good enoguh
Clean. Helpful team. a lot of space in parking. Standard rooms.
Great and quiet place. Also clean room and nice breakfast. If the weather is good, it's also good to take a walk around garden.
Room was clean, nice garden around,
No kettle in the rooms ?
I do not recommend
Poor quality breakfast in a claustrophobic restaurant , no windows.
never recommended
Extremely old furniture. Half blanket for 1 person. I could not make sure if the room was clean or not. There was no sampoo, even no water to drink in the room. Restaurant in btw the rooms and it was like everybody having breakfast in my room at 5:00 am. food was unacceptably bad.
The location is very convenient. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is quite good.
There was VERY loud music in the early hours due to a guest's 50th birthday party. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't tell me this until AFTER I paid. Though the facilities are nice, they are incredibly understaffed and it was hard to get anyone to wait on me. After waiting a long time at the bar for a waitstaff, which was allegedly open, the waitress was incredibly rude to me as she seemed obviously stressed and rushed from being understaffed. Every interaction I had with the staff took a minimum of 10-15 minutes to even get someone because nobody was around and they were tending to other guests.
Good value for the money, relatively big room.
The WIFI did not properly work (poor reception, disconnecting) on any of my devices. Also, the restaurant does not offer single vegetarian main course which I find exceptionally rare nowadays and I do not understand it.
Excellent staff: we had to leave early at 6 am and the breakfast is only served after 7 am, but they served us breakfest by surprise at 5:60 am. It was the best customer service.
Very poor
I didnt sleep at all. The point of traveling day before my meeting at this location was to start day rested and ready to drive fresh to the meeting. After spending night at this hotel I woke up exhausted, angry, annoyed and regretted not driving 5hrs on friday morning at 5am, to the meeting.Aa we enterem the room, stuffy smell hit us. As if the roomwasnt freshened up at all in days… I know due to covid fridges in rooms are emptied but they should still work as travelling guest might have special items like medicine or etc that needs to be stored in cool place. Tried plugging it in… No luck. There were very loud guests next door which wouldnt stop acting abnoxious past 1am I ended up packing again, had to PICK UP BEDSHEETS WE ALREADY SLEPT IN and bring them with us as we changed the room with guest of mine, in our pjs at 1.30am…Whole logistics of placing us in a room next to „party guests”, rather then straight away locating us at the end of hall was not professional at all. Specially knowing that we will be arriving at 11pm at night. Very poor management.Anyway, at 4am noises from outside came, deliveries, rubbish track or someting like that… 5am u could hear dishes being thrown around in preperation for breakfast. 7am whole party of guests started running between rooms, slamming doors till 9am.At this point I felt sick from exhaustion. There was no way of contacting reception as phones didnt work in any of the rooms. So imagine when we realised that at night when we moved we didnt grab as well towels from other roomand had to go on website, search number for hotel to ask for towels.Went for breakfast. Dinning room was like the one from ghost town…meaning no /waiting staff to be find to get a mug.I couldnt wait to leave this place…
Breakfast was above all expectations. Also a rare thing you get at hotels a really comfortable beds.
