    Pros +

    • Clean. Modern. Free coffee
    • The property was very clean and well kept. It was right on the main street of town, so close to restaurants and the main plaza. The room was small but well organized. The windows had black out blinds, which was nice. The shower was hot and soap was available. There was a fridge in the room. The air conditioning was a welcome treat and kept the room very cool. The staff was friendly and very helpful - even with my broken Spanish.
    • Free coffee machine

    Cons -

    • The "parking on site" was nice to have but a bit tricky. The remote for the door didn't seem to work without manual help. The garage was under the hotel after a very steep slope down. There was no entrance to the hotel from the garage. It was quite noisy in the morning as if there was construction happening or a loud street sweeper cleaning. There was no elevator, so I was glad we were only on the second floor of a winding stair.
    • No parking and the person at the desk didn’t want to check so had to leave the car quite far from the hotel in an unsafe area. The hotel felt very unsafe and old.
    • The room was not clean, not terrible but clearly dust, food and hairs in the bathroom left from previous guest/guests. Clearly just a quick clean was conducted and required more. Shower head holder on the wall was broken. Guests coming in at 2am and being exceptionally loud walking along the corridors and then standing outside the room continuing their conversation.

The hotel is based in a central location on the towns main road. Reception lady was welcoming and helpful. Free coffee machine in the upstairs foyer is a bonus. Small fridge in the room and Aircon which was allocated for my stay.

Central location if you need to be in the town. Coffee machine offering free drinks.

Other guests were so noisy when walking along corridors and room door slamming. The doors are fixed with closure arms/brackets that need resetting to soft closure.

Our room was clean and bedding was clean and crisp.

The staff didn't engage with you lack of English so it was difficult to communicate. Not friendly at all. On arrival the hotel was dark and very smelly...Damp. would dread to think what it's like in the hotter months ?

location fair no resturants suitable for english nearby, staff friendly and helpfull

After a very long time I found out a property worth each penny spent, crisp linen, fragrant room, spotless all white room.

    8MeredithPosted on: 1-21-2024

The front desk staff was helpful. I loved the coffee/tea/chocolate machine. We were so excited when we saw that. The room and bed was pretty comfortable, too.

I thought they advertised parking, but when we arrived it turned out that they didn't have any parking. We had to drive around the block searching for parallel parking until we found a spot in a park. We were very lucky we didn't have to walk too far with our luggage.

Room was clean tidy warm. The hot water kept on running out. Was not able to get a decent t shower.

    The room was ok.

This would suit someone who had specific reasons in this area. In fact it is ‘to my knowledge’ the only hotel in Crevelent. The staff were very good and welcoming and I mean all of them. There is underground parking which solves the ‘huge’ problem of parking in the area at a very reasonable cost.

I didn’t have any dislike’s as I believe that you get what you pay for and this hotel is 2 star but there is free hot drinks on the 1st floor by machine. Yes! The place would benefit from an upgrade but my room was comfortable and very clean, so why would they.

    7MettePosted on: 3-13-2023

The first night the coffee machine worked. Somehow we forgot to pay, and the owner called to remind us. It was easy to transfer money, and no hard feelings :-)

The coffemachine was broke the next morningIn the morning when we are leaving, there was no one at the reception. We waited a bit and decided to leave, because we were in a hurry. Would have been nice with a person at the reception always to hand in the key card...

Staff were friendly, very pleasant and helpful.Everything I expected to be fair, plenty of places to eat.Ideal for 1 or 2 night stop over, or even visiting relatives and needing somewhere to sleep.I would definitely stay again.

Parking in the street and eating.we were not organised after being out all day. so planning food once arriving back to the hotel we found hard work.Local takeaways and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. We just had a lot on during the day.

    3GrahamPosted on: 9-9-2022

    Nothing... I did NOT enjoy.

The room stunk of sewage, couldn't open window as air conditioner outside continually going, says free parking.. Haha, if you can find anywhere in a 1/2 km radius you would be very lucky, street parking only. Water from machine in entrance SEVEN EUROS 20Cents Scandalous price. PLUS NOT ANYWHERE WITHIN A 1 Kilometre radius to enjoy a beer as ALL MUSLIM/MARROCAN RESTAURANTS! Had to walk all the way back to this hostel to get my car and drive further afield to find somewhere to eat and enjoy a beer.
