    Pros +

    • We loved the pools … kids enjoyed the slides and there were plenty of sunbeds (June). Relaxed venue and whistle not blown often by lifeguards unlike other places. Lovely planting around the park and in particular at bungalows for privacy. Great bar food on site (takeaway available). We will be back!
    • The accommodation was clean, comfortable and had some nice outside space. I was only using this as a base for visiting other areas so I cannot comment on any of the facilities as I did not use them.
    • Have been here on several occasions now and always enjoy my time. Great facilities, pool and plaza is good. Enjoyed the Thursday evening with happy hour and live music. Your staff are great ?

    Cons -

    • It was a bit in the middle of nowhere which was fine for me but might not work for guests who wanted to walk to nearby bars or shops. It was frustrating that I could not check out until 8am, when I had an early flight. there is a key drop box for speedy checkout but it is inside the reception area and this is not opened up until 8am. It would be very easy for this box to be mounted on the outside of the reception area so that guests could check out earlier.
    • I would really appreciate it if there was a kettle and toaster. Otherwise all good.
    • The beds in the bungelow were very bed!A lot of backpain. The sofa bed was also to thin and bed quality to sit on. Had to Pay for Interior Pool when outdoor pools are freezing! Spa is also not included.Animation and Balls Parque had the worse opening hours. From 11:00-14:00 / 17:00-18:00

Big and great for long walks with kids on a bicycle. Animation was good only late

The cabins were lovely, buffet was enough to last for a weekend a longer stay I feel you’d get bored the pools were amazing so much choice for them in the swimming pool the staff were lovely. You can book an all day bed at the pacific pool for only 20€ well worth the money but you have to be fast. We had to use the on site doctor he was amazing so so kind and amazing with my son who was not scared at all when he normally is

There was a clear wasp infestation. The kids play park had a nest next to the slide in side the actual plastic of the play park many kids were stung. Around the pools and bar there was so many also if your allergic or scared or there presen It was a bit annoying. The night time music and entertainment closes at between 10pm & 11:30 depending on what day. They pack the chairs and turn the lights off. There are bouncy castles and trampolines on for a bit longer

    Swimming pools are good

We were 10 days: no cleaning, no towel change

    7BeckyPosted on: 6-11-2024

Cocoa bungalow was nice, but really only suited to family of 4, swimming pools were fantastic

Food wasn't great, lack of transport to local town, hardly anything on site open (no takeaway, only 1 shop, 1 restaurant, trampoline and bouncy castle not open, or other shops during week) needs a toaster and kettle in bungalow and also a oven or bbq, hard to cook.

    Bad food quality

    The adult tropical pool.

Early closure of pools and pool bar.

The site is good been several times

The cabin was tired and worn out. Decor was very scuffed. The shower toilets and hand basin gave of a nasty odour. We messaged reception who was out very to fix the problem with some granules of sorts which then only made it smell like a public toilets for the day then ofour reoccur. We had to put wet towels over the shower trap and block the sink overflow with toilet tissue. The bed was also very cheeky. The patio doors where very heavy to move. Such a disappointment

    Unfriendly staff at the restaurant.

The habana lodges are lovely; everything you need but no oven. No toaster or kettle. So a week of fry ups and fried food it is.I asked for kettle and toaster and they did bring one, which helped as we had a baby and were a bit stuck. Pool was lovely but only the pool with no slides open past Oct 15th.

Really big site so have to walk quite a distance!

We love the place. Great for the kids. Saturday night entertainment great.

The beds are awful. We all had really bad backs.

    10OlesyaPosted on: 9-25-2023

Bungalow itself has everything you need . Very well equipped kitchen, 2 AC. Outside is Aquapark, bouncy castle , cinema… It was an amazing vacation, and we will be back ?

Need to have more signes where to go, as it’s a very big property.

    10KirstyPosted on: 9-18-2023

Everything, from the pool area and all the things to keep the kids happy, to the bungalow and the privacy and comfort ?

    8SylviaPosted on: 9-16-2023

    Beautiful pools

Think the whole area needs a lot of attention as looking very tired Our lodge was dirty and needs refurbishing the pool area needs gardens attending etc, and the cabanas need cleaning once used ours had dirty cups & straws etc… left on it To be honest once reported they did come and clean the place but it should be cleaned ready for clients.

This is the most amazing resort, camping we have visited. Ideally for kids, families who are also looking forward to rest and relax by the pool. Our superior bungalow had everything included, great terrace to enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast. Activities for kids were awesome and exceeded our expectations!( Mini disco, mini club for kids, cinema evening, taller for hair, bracelets etc). Amazing stuff from mini club which was opened morning and afternoon hours. One note on all this, the resort was so huge that there was a mini train taking you to your bungalow , super plus for our daughter, always excited ?

Very clean, great pool areas, safe for the children.

I think an iron should be put into the properties. I wasn’t too impressed with the buffet food, it would be nice to have a restaurant and also a coffee house or shack for the morning.

    4AnnePosted on: 8-26-2023

Pools were excellent as was the air conditioning

It was in the middle of nowhere! The taxi service was dreadful so even if u went to local towns it was a nightmare to get home
