- the restaurant was very good as was the pool and mainlakeside area
- Easy access to rooms reception staff were friendly and helpful
Cons -
- The resort sells itself as a natural oasis with privacy and seclusion, what it doesnt mention is that it shares the 'secluded private' lake area with a driving school for diesel driven lifeboats with industrial wharf amenties and also other power boat users. So basically the entire day we were trying to enjoy the 'secluded' lake you had diesel boats doing laps in front of you within 100 metres.
- Restaurant staff and the staff servicing the poolside tables were not too welcoming or friendly. The bathroom fittings were terrible - the mirror shelf was almost falling off, the shower was a cheap hand held one, the shower curtain was ineffective, the faucet unit was coming off the wall in two of the three rooms we had. The kayaking and sailing was only available on weekends - so we didnt get a chance to use it.
