Great location. Lovely room. Friendly reception staff.

Check-In and Check-Out: Easy, Comfortable and uncomplicatedRoom: Standard, decent size. The bed was comfortable.Location: Since it is quite a remote location, there was barely any noise in the room at night.

Easy access to the hotel and comfy rooms. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The car park is fairly large and free of charge. I have stayed at the Parc Hotel many times over the years. I will stay again next year.

The decor is fairly dark and the lighting not so bright, either in the corridors or in the rooms.

Breakfast was great. Staff very polite and accommodating. It was good to be able to book a room large enough for us as well as our 6 year old. Parking was useful and there is a restaurant and Boulangerie next door which was handy for an unplanned dinner. We booked very last minute having changed our location

There was a patch of mould in the corner of the room on the ceiling. We didn’t report this to the property as it didn’t cause direct concern for our short stay. The toilet seat could also do with replacing

I have stayed at the Parc hotel many times. Always the staff are helpful, parking is easy, buffet breakfast is fine, the rooms are great.

Very well run hotel, convenient in every way, super efficient staff , well laid out bedroom, bathroom fine, good bar selection and food well prepared

Make sure to get room on back of hotel to avoid road noise

Would be nice to have proper cups in the room rather than paper cups to drink from, a couple of extra coffee sachet and long life milk sachet would be nice also addition

No much, we chose it because it had a restaurant but the restaurant was closed.

Restaurant shut on Friday nights and we were given a room on the top floor. No lift in the hotel so had to carry suitcases up and down the stairs. Also the family room was really small - too small for 4 people

The staff is really helpful, and helped us throughout our stay, Very pleasant experience

Ok we had the attic bedroom and I am tall so watch for your head!

This is your typical rest stop. The bed was confortable and and the room was clean.

There was no AC even though it was on the list of amenities on Booking. That would have been nice as it was over 30 that week and sleeping with the window open wasn't great due to the sirens and car noise from the road. Also the restaurant and bar were closed on the weekend.

Air conditioning was turned off / not working, but nobody bothered letting us know. It was 30 - 34 degrees celsius during the week and on the day we arrived (still around 28 in the evening). On top of that we were given a family room at the top level in the house - roasting hot, with only a fan in it that made more noise than cooling! We didn't even get a free drink at the bar or dinner on the house (which would have been the least they could offer for such painful heat in the room (especially tough on the kids and our dogs).

Hotel is well placed for us and was comfortable , clean and adequate for our needs .

We had our car broken into in the car park and a few valuables stolen , i know that the hotel is not responsible but the attitude of the staff wasn’t very sympathetic and perhaps some additional security lighting and a camera might deter the culprits in the future .

Good breakfast, restaurant not open during weekends so could not comment, room small but functional, good shower, very handy location for for Lille sports stadium for the Rugby World Cup.

Room small, pity restaurant was closed and had to go into town (15 minute walk).

Breakfast was surprisingly good, with a lot of variety. Hotel had a lot of parking. Bed was comfortable.

Room was very small, especially the bathroom. It had a bad smell in the toilet. The wifi didnt work. No aircondition, just a window that was easily accessed from the garden. No English TV channel.
