Receptionests are too rude with no intention to help customers.Main tools like clothes iron was not provided even when requested..Matress are too old and were consumed. Need to be renewed.

We stayed here for one night in transit to Trabzon. The room was cheap and spacious with private parking. The water pressure in the shower was excellent.
The hotel looks shabby and unused even though it seems like a relatively new hotel.We couldn't access the first room we were given as the door handle didn't work. The second room smelled like cigarettes. The third room, where we ended up staying, had 4 single beds but only one with bed linen and had to ask for more. The air conditioning in that 3rd room leaked heavily and soaked 2 out of 4 of the beds.
