The staff in the breakfast restaurant arevery friendly and helpful

They don't have desserts in the breakfast at all, only Jam and corn flax also they tried to charge my small children as adults unless I knew the age policy and event hough they charged me half price.

The receptionist (during night time, cant remember her name) is very helpful. She guided us perfectly regarding the good food options around and the places to visit. She even gave us the sea view room upgrade which was amazing

Room was very nice and comfortable. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The staff was very polite and friendly. It's a pity that I only stayed for one night) The transfer was on time and comfortable.

I liked pretty much everything about this hotel and staff especially the kind hearted manager Mr. Murat Ceceva who was looking after his guests as family and kept guiding us to best sightseeing places around the place and beyond every single day and Zeyneb the most amazing front desk woman I know and not forgetting Süleyman Erdinc who was checking on us and if we needed anything… the breakfast is widely varied from turkish to international cuisine and the staff are wonderful and willingly serving guests with everything.. in general I would recommend this hotel as a second home … thank you all ??

Ramada Findikli is an excellent choice for the location. It a clean comfortable family friendly hotel with very good breakfast and very welcoming staff that go above abd beyond to answer all your needs. special thank you to reception and Ms. Beyza.

The receptionists were kind and capable of their work. They made us easy to enter and smiled.

Staff are very welcoming and kind (always smiling). Cleanness is 10/10. Food is so delicious. The location is ideal depending on what you’re aiming from your trip. If you want calmness and sea view, this is the place. It was relatively close to top attractions such as Ayder and Uzungöl. Finally, Findikli community is very nice.

The room was very spacious and we were extremely comfortable. The bathroom is one of the best I have experienced, especially the shower.

The breakfast needs to have more variety of breads I guess and egg selection.

The Hotel was easy to reach from the airport, being on the main highway. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs by arranging private tours and such.

A very minor gripe is that the TV channels available were fairly limited and virtually all in Turkish. If weather conditions force you to stay in the hotel that day (a likely event in Rize), you might find entertainment difficult to find if you don't speak Turkish.

Everything! The staff were super friendly and helpful. Room very comfortable. Great breakfast. Comfortable parking. Good location for trips in the area. Dinner at thr hotel restaurant was great in reasonable price. Very good gym. No pool or spa.

Location is a bit far from central Rize but good transport options. The positives far outweigh the negatives

It's my second time here in this nice hotel and I really like that it's quiet and nice... front desk woman Zenup ( hope wrote it right) is very nice and friendly

There were lots of noise and shouting from next room guests and I complained but there were no response..otherwise all was good

The restaurant didn't have a lot of food varieties for breakfast (like pancakes and simit)The restaurant staff made a couple of mistakes with room service orders due to the language barrier. They should work on their English. The location of the hotel: it's far from central trabzon by 2 hours and central Rize by 1 hour. We spent a lot of time driving to get to our different destinations and the children got tired and restless, and we had to pay our driver extra money as compensation for the long distance.
