Its very well located from Kazbegi main road and restaurants. The view from some of the rooms is amazing, direct view of Kazbegi mountain.

Cons -

There was no housekeeping. We stayed for 2 days and with a family of 4 (we asked for extra bed), it was a bit odd they didnt provide service even though we asked. Breakfast was not available till 9am.
No kettle/bottle water or complementary drinks inside the room. The staff not friendly and accommodating, didn't speak English. I hear the staff are fighting/shouting. Food are few choices and bread are cold.
