Cam Thermal Resort Hotel & Spa

The location is beautiful. The resort is located inside a national park with hiking trails and fantastic scenery. The resort has many amenities, including a thermal pool, spa, and children's play area. My family really enjoyed our stay.

The environment, location as the hotel was in the center of the forest.

The crowdedness and the meals, as most of the dinner options were not delicious enough considering the price, were disappointing.

Had to change rooms with a new but super hard bed, full facilities only in the segregated male and female areas with family facilities limited, same full buffet every meal but doesn't make sense to charge for orange juice

The hotel is well equipped and the facilities in the hotel is well done, breakfast and dinner has many varieties, staff is friendly and tries to help, having an indoor separate thermal swimming pools for both males and females and families and children is another bonus especially during this time of the year with outside temperatures of 4 degrees during the 2nd day of my stay they have distributed a free mixed fruits dish for all the rooms, they upgrade my room to a family room free of charge Thanks all for your care for your guests. شكراً لكم لأهتمامكم بضيوفكم

House Keeping should include bed-sheets change every day,The 2 elevators in the main building is not enough for the big numbers of guests especially after breakfast and dinner and during check-in and check-out

Charming place in nature, lots of hiking path, and very nice thermal equipments, and good buffet. Very nice for kids.

It would have been great for a 5 stars hotels to have some people confortable with English. Quite difficult to communicate, by luck we have Google Translate.

Somewhere nice in the forest, the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Meals are not fresh , Cheeses for breakfast turn yellow because they wait too long.

A sudden loud sound from the mini bar while we are sleeping ? almost kill my wife ? of fear. room 3035. I switched it off ?.

Breakfast was great. Also the location was perfect. all the hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. even they help us to change our rooms for better view and easy to accept late check out. the customer relation manager ELIF was the best person in her position.

wi-fi was very poor . A/C was not working.

The size of our room. Excellent staff. Delicious & plentiful food, especially the dinner. I should add that the Guests Relations Manager was extremely helpful.

Sadly the showers did not work in either bathroom & very uncomfortable pillows on beds. Also the female showers in the spa changing area were broken!

Meals were really bad, there is no health and safety in place in the hotel. Room was ok but there is no free drinking water in the rooms although the otel is thermal spa. Staff was no trained properly and they have bo clue about guess management. It was our first stay as a family and I regret it and never come back here.

Meals were not cooked and served properly. Dirty or uncleaned vegetables and our 2,5 years old kid served with very hot spaghetti. Pools were not cleaned regularly and it was very cold although the management argues with everyone .

In October 2023, my wife and I were on a business trip to Ankara. After completing the planned tasks, several free days were formed, which my friend from Turkey recommended to spend in the city of Kyzylcahamam, famous for its thermal springs, healing mountain air, etc.Search in Booking.com showed the availability of hotels of different categories with thermal pools in the city and surrounding areas. After conducting a small survey on the criteria of price-quality, we chose the Cam Thermal Resort. In our situation, it was also important that prepayment was not required, and it was possible to pay for accommodation upon arrival at the hotel in cash lira.The hotel, or rather the sanatorium, exceeded all our expectations - when booking, we did not pay attention, and only at the entrance to the hotel noticed that the hotel turns out to be five-star.In the future, we were convinced that the hotel fully justifies its rating - friendly staff ready to help solve any of your problems, cleanliness and perfect order everywhere and in everything, an abundance of medical procedures.Food needs a special description:It was written on the hotel's website that breakfast and dinner (buffet) are included in the ticket price. We have reserved money for lunch outside the hotel in the afternoon. But there was no need to have lunch in the afternoon - the variety and number of dishes for breakfast and dinner was huge, everything was delicious and attractive. We wanted to try everything, but even eating just one small spoonful of these dishes, we were so full every time that we didn't want to think about food all day. Only when we came to dinner in the evening, seeing an incredible number of dishes laid out on the tables, the appetite flared up again, and everything happened again. Tea and water were available almost everywhere - in the rooms, in the lobby, in the water complex.

The most important attraction of this hotel - sanatorium is the water complex, which includes a thermal pool with mineral water, sauna, hammam and swimming pool. And all this in the amount of three pieces - separately for men, for women and for families with children. The complex is open almost all day, without any time limits - be treated as much as you want, and as long as you can stand it! Posters are hanging on the walls describing what diseases and in what quantity these procedures can be useful.We went to the hotel just to relax, not expecting to recover in 5 days. However, after 2 days of attending thermal procedures, I noticed that some male diseases inherent in my age stopped making themselves felt. It was amazing for me!However, when we returned to Russia, in a cold, humid climate, these diseases began to return - we want to go back to the Cham thermal sanatorium!Valerii and Tatiana.

Clean and large rooms, good staff.

Excellent breakfast with wide choice. Evening buffet also was good value with wide choice. Thermal pool, sauna, steam room and swimming pool were superb and very clean. Spacious room was clean and comfortable with view over the forest. This is a convenient location 90 mins from Ankara airport en route to Safranbolu.

The hotel is located in a pine forest with fresh air and peacefull. The foods was tasty and of good quality.

The SPA area should be cleaner and the water quality in the pools with thermal water but also those without thermal water should be checked to avoid illnesses.
