Pros +
- Only location
- The personnel of hotel was very friendly and hospitable. We got possibility to park our car just infant of the hotel door, this was important to us. Also, they waited for us to have a late check in and we were able to choose the room (because we do not smoke, so we tried to pick the one, which is least "smoky"). Breakfast was ok, there was a nice terrace, where you can see the city and have a breakfast in it, if weather allows.
- Location if you make a transit drive. View from the top-breakfast floor. As always - Turkish tea is perfect drinking experience.
Cons -
- Bathroom and room vas smelling very bad
- Please take a note, that all rooms are smoking rooms (and it is quite intense smell, I need to say) and while hotel personnel helped us to pick the room, that has least of the smell, it is still worth taking a note. As we arrived quite late, we did took dinner in hotel's restaurant just to safe the search of the eating place, but need to say, that quality vs price was not good. I would rather go outside to eat.
- Airco draining pipe is inside bathroom going into the bottle of water. When we arrived it was full and floor was wet and slippery. Reception was trying to charge me on top of payed amount during the booking. Pillows are supet hard. The sleaping was not really comfy.

Nothing good
The property was for smoking people, we arrived very late and they did not give us the room for not smoking people
WiFi is fast, breakfast is amazing, there is restaurant in site. Elevator is available.
The smell in the bathroom
Cheap clean and good
Noise
location to take a stop is convenient coming from Trabzon to Istanbul by car. WiFI and the breakfast was ok.
The reception staff were not supporting. When we asked to fix the AC. Also the room and the bed sheets were not clean. No comfort at all. The Towels were not clean. Hotel is not recommended for family.
Staff was friendly and hotel relatively new. Got all I wanted, even during Ramadan.
The location close to the main highway is noisy, so come prepared.
