SULTAN SARAY OTEL

First of all, the location of this hotel is very centrally located, where you could take bus directly to old town or bus terminal via minibus. Secondly, the staff knows English well and is extremely kind and helpful. The guys allowed me into the room at 11 in the morning after my bus ride from Ankara, so that I could rest a bit before exploring the town. On the next day, they stored my luggage well. Thirdly, the room is big with three beds and nice views of the streets. It is clean and with all amenities.

Nothing really. Breakfast could add a bit more variety but considering the price it is not a problem at all.

small room with a closet that gets in the way, small bathroom with no place to put anything, the shower head fallen, the smell of the sewers unbearable, the bathroom trash can dirty and without a bag

Free hot tea and water at the terrace ! I think there was coffee too but I didn't really look since I don't drink it.

WiFi wasn't working well in the room (but it was at the terrace !)

The hotel is centrally located in the city, close to the old town and restaurants. The hotel needs some upgrade, was some broken parts in the bathroom. The price was adequate though. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok.

It is in a good location, close to the bus station.The staff are all nice and polite.

I room I’ve booked is the single standard room (with AC). To me, it is ok as the room is equipped with Fan, however, the windows can be open.. this is pretty sad. The bathroom is a bit dirty and smelly .. since I just stay there for one night. So it doesn’t bother me that much.I guess the room I have booked is going to renovate as the same type of room can’t be found in the booking page anymore.

The breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly.

The room was very loud, and there was mosquito netting on just one window. The AC did not work properly. The bathroom smelled horrible, and the door of the bathroom could not be closed as it was warped. The parking lot is a dirty patch littered with lots of trash. The hotel is located in the new section of the town, so it is a 25 min walk into the old section with the Ottoman houses.

The room is big and comfortable. The staff very nice.

The air con was not working.. We used the fan, that for this season was enough.The toilet sit was moving all the time.All the people smoke in the street and the smoke goes in the room.

localtion is pretty good， minibus station is close to the street. Walk to the old town costs 20mins around, view on the road is also worth. Staffs are nice person, feel comfortable.

The breakfast was good but as a suggestion i would put some juice like orangejuice on to the breakfast ,The room was clean.

Pretty cozy suite. From the bus station takes 10 mins. Stuff is helpful, though English is not well.
