Excellent hotel, nice warm pool

The room was excellent and large with a balcony overlooking the forest. The staff was polite and helpful. The room was clean and had everything you needed. It was an excellent choice.

Unfortunately, there were limited spa options. The pool water was cold, and there were steps to go the pool and the breakfast area.

The whole hotel base feels old and outdated with one exception - the newly built relax zone next to the pool. Pictures of the room look nice, but the actual feel is for a worn-out and outdated 3-star hotel. Scruffy carpets, stained walls, old and rusty bathroom fixtures. Breakfast has very limited options and bad tasting powdered/fake eggs. Overall, not good value for money.

The pool was brilliant!!! the property was nice, the room was intimate, they prepared bathrobes even for our child.

The breakfast was very limited - everything was written in Bulgarian (i did not know what type of coffee to get from the machine) - the staff was never happy, never smiling. The shower was not isolated -> the bathroom was full of water after a shower. Same issue with the sink.

The food in the restaurant is really good, very delicious.

The breakfast was organized a la carte with enough options but this definitely slows down the process.

The location of the hotel, the pool and the restaurant are amazing! We stayed in a brand new luxurious apartment with great view and terrace (side entrance of the main building). All the meals we tasted were spectacular, kudos to the chefs!

There was a horrible smell in our apartment that we initially thought that will go away if we air the room. Unfortunately, it didn't go away for the duration of our stay (it was the strongest in the bathroom, but even with closed door, it filled up the whole apartment). We received a small compliment from the hotel for that, but we did not receive the most basic thing - an apology, but rather a lengthy explanation and how unlucky we are as it happens only from time to time. We all got headaches from the bad air (it was winter time so we could not leave the windows open).The steam bath was not working properly on the first day and we informed spa reception (it was quickly fixed) and the second day the new sauna was not as hot as it was supposed to be. We had to call reception multiple times to receive slippers as they were given only upon request. I would recommend staying in a room in the main building as we had stayed previously there and it was a fairytale.

Bed sheets were old and had bobbling. The bath cabin door fell during bathing. The fitness machines - half of them didnt work. The sauna was very small. The room was too warm and didnt have an option to regulate temperature.

We've been to the hotel multiple times in the last 10 years. It is a very well made and furnished hotel (we have always stayed in the apartment complex). The indoor pool with mineral water is amazing and the SPA is just OK. The breakfast is very decent and the restaurant has its class (although a little bit pricey). I would like to especially praise the comfortable beds, which is showing that the hotel was built with quality in mind.I am giving 9 out of 10 since they accommodated us in the largest apartment with an amazingly spacious terrace and living room (that's 10-03 , so you can ask for that if you are booking a two bedroom apartment).

Well, the hotel is kept in good condition, but the furniture and everything is now over 10 years old, so a renovation is due. I would like to complain about the Internet - WiFi was of a very bad quality - slow and disconnecting all the time - we are living in 2024 now, it is not 2010.

The hotel is in a beautiful area, the conditions are very good and the staff is very kind and attentive. Special thanks to the master chef for the delicious restaurant food and service.

Problems with the shower in the bathroom.

The pool is nice, the breakfast is good. The garden of the hotel is quite green. The apartment was spacious.

Birds chirping and fresh air in a lush green forest area. The location is the main selling point. The restaurant is reasonably good but overpriced in comparison to the competition in the surrounding properties.

Gypsies and outsiders that are not guests of the hotel are welcome to use the pool and spa facilities for a daily fee, and no rules apply in their minds. Beware there is no outside swimming pool. Their pool water is not warm enough and does not reach the advertised temperature; after all, this is a mineral bath spa hotel. Some of the spa facilities need to be repaired, and the pool ceiling is rusting. The apartments are in a separate building with a pleasant view, but the lack of management and maintenance is obvious. The refrigerator was at least a decade old, rusted at the bottom, and unable to reach operating cooling temperature. The kitchen lacks basic equipment, and the oven smelled of burnt grease, which was disgusting. The apartments are in decline and are crying for a renovation.

Very nice, big and clean hotel.

From the 3 days we were there the elevator worked for only 4 hours and then the whole time was out of service. And we were on the 5th floor.

Swimming pool. The garden. The food in the restaurant.

No one cleaned the room for the whole stay. Towels and bath robes were not replaced even when I put them in the floor. They were only throwing the bins. Cosmetics were very basic, not enough for a spa hotel. Even conditioner was missing.

Nice pool, nice spa, nice stuff. The apartment was very spacious.

The elevator wasn't working. It seemed that they had stopped it to save from repairs. My handicap mother had issues going to her room, and they had started the elevator for her just once. It is too sad, that they are saving by torturing handicaps. I've given a high raiting (9) just because the lift is something that doesn't bother most of the guests.

Location is perfect in the green woods and the area around the hotel is quiet and beautiful

The pool was a little cold to my taste, I had to wait minutes until the hot water comers to the tap in the room, there was no massage therapist on the day I wanted to book a massage.
