ELPIDA Hotel - All Inclusive & Beach Front

The room was very nice, looked newly renovated, with a sea view. It was nice to have a balcony, with a decent size, and a great view. The staff was helpful, tipping helped, 10 euros for the whole week for parking and the same for cleaning is not such a big thing... We had parking in front of the hotel, and the room was spotless even when we did not request it (we paid on the 3rd day, so I saw a huge difference). I didn't mind that the hotel does not have a dedicated free beach, there is plenty of space in front. The sand is very fine.

The fried snacks in the bar are fried in an ancient oil :)) the hot dog was good, however. I don't recommend trying the wine. It was some kind of colored water (other drinks were very good, even too strong).

Staff was not very attentive , but the visitors were not the most pleasant as well .

The room is pretty nice. The bed is comfortable, you can sleep well on it. It is also great that the beach is very close. Also the room with the sea view is very cozy especially in the morning. The food was fresh and delicious every day. You have plenty of dishes to choose.

There is a bad smell coming from the bathroom. I saw this issue on the previous reviews from the last year but as far as I can see the problem is still ongoing. A lot of water came out from under the shower cabin during the shower.

The food was too salty, too sweet or too oily. The staff was cold, no one was smiling. The cleanliness in the room was lacking, they didn't use a vacuum cleaner, just a mop which left the sand behind and with a kid that is not acceptable. The bed sheets were never changed, the feet towel wasn't changed. The hotel is on a hill which is not mentioned and the photos are misleading. The interior pool is not heated. My wife got sick from the food and threw up and we left a day early. There were so many things wrong.

Clean rooms, delicious food and very diversified. The location is just perfect as it is directly at the sea side.

One thing that I really didn't liked is the fact that even the hotel has its own parking spaces, you have to pay separately for it. This should be free as I'm staying at the hotel.

Location, the view from our room was the best with the balcony. The air-conditioning was very good.

Awful smell coming from the bathroom to the whole room. We complained but not much changed. No beach front with umbrellas, had to rent from neighboring hotels. Staff could use some training on customer service. We encountered one receptionist, one kitchen staff member, and one bartender who was up to par.

Location was good and room confortable.

The restaurant that gets crowded and messy during main meals, the enormous quantity of single use plastic that is being used, the tourists that waste food (they take a lot of food and then they leave half on their plates).

Our acomodation was great.The staff was kind and willing to help with everything we needed. The room and the pool were clean, and the food was good and diversified. For sure we will stay here again in the future.

The hotel boasts an excellent location with stunning sea views. The rooms are adequately furnished with relatively new furniture, providing comfort throughout the stay. The all-inclusive package is sufficient, though it might not fully satisfy more demanding guests. The food is tasty, and overall, the hotel offers good value for money. A positive aspect is the availability of parking at the hotel for a reasonable fee.

During the last days of the stay, the cleanliness of the plates in the restaurant was insufficient. There were visible traces of soapy water on them. Additionally, the underside of the plates was contaminated with food residues. The staff needs to improve this aspect.

A wonderful stay at the hotel. We were at the hotel sooner due to an early flight and got a room earlier. The room was large and very comfortable. The food was delicious and there was a lot of it. Lots of activities for children and adults. The staff was very nice, special thanks to the Assistant Manager Mr. Miro, He made great drinks and was always helpful. We will definitely be back next season.

Very closed to the beach and shops, all inclusive with different types of food and drinks, beautiful panorama on see-side room, quiet zone (the clubs are 1.5km far away). For our short period trip, was a good place to stay and enjoy autumn on Black See.

The dinner was until 9:00 PM. In the bathroom, they need to fix the pipes under the sink, the smelling is coming.The paid parking place is in the front of the hotel, but there are some oaks and pine. I damaged my car on a windy day/night, with the falling oak fruits.

The view from the room is nice but next to the hotel was a building site. The food was almost the same every day. Little variety, but the most horrible point was the coffee. Low quality coffee was offered and low quality food and beverage. There was a swimming pool but the water was not clean. Furthermore on the beach there was no sun bed and sun umbrella provided. You need to pay for that extra.

The bathroom had a very bad smell, I had to change 3 rooms but all the same, also, WiFi in the room is bad.

The room was big enough and comfortable for 3 persons. The food was werry good and with rich assortment .

The cleaners didn't put clean towels just in ewery 3-4 days. They just empty the garbage and rare thay vacoom the room.

The parking system, the plates are not washed properly , around the hotel is messy , empty bottles thrown away , papers , etc . Oh and the coffee isn’t the best :)
