Tye hotel guests have acces to a nearby slides but unfortunately no one informed us about this

Everything was amazing-location, staff, food.

All was perfect.

Food was tasty; room was comfortable; lots of activities for kids (ping pong, bowling etc) and good location close to the promenade. Pet-friendly.

Restaurant could get quite crowded. Balcony was not cleaned upon arrival. Beach had insufficient space, one had to go early to get a good one on the sand.

The only thing we liked was the service we were offered from the girls from the reception.

The evaluation of the hotel does not correspond to the reality. The hotel does not deserve the 4 stars: the tube in the bathtoom degradated, the quality of the shower gel low, there were no towels when we got into the room, the quality of the food very poor.

Great property on the beach.

The web site does not allow you to book as single person. I booked a room form my mom only and paid for double room. Other than that the place is fine.

1) Friendly, helpful, fast responding staff. Starting with providing a (paid) parking place, taking the luggage to the room, helpful reception, fast waiters in the breakfast area 2) Good location close to the beach 3) Hotel has its own area at the beach with free umbrellas / sunbeds (however no cushions are provided) 4) Pet friendly (with an additional fee) 5) Affordable & acceptable Hotel for a weekend break but not recommended for a longer stay

1) Hotel should be considered a 3star Hotel, not a 4star Hotel. For the price I paid I also didn't expect a 4star Hotel 2) Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Not just poor variety, also poor quality. As usual with a 3star Hotel. Other than eggs I did not have what to eat. At least the coffee was drinkable. 3) Unsecured parking outside on the street costs 20 BGN per day 4) Room: Mattresses soft, worn out and uneven. Wet room: No shower cabin or separating glass wall.

Perfect location! The food is good and the staff were extremely nice and helpful! They changed our room for one with better sea view at the first time of asking! Although the furniture is a little old, the room was clean and cosy! We had some personal health issues and all the staff were as helpful as possible, starting with the reception all the way to the hotel manager! The hotel is not luxurious, however it is great value for money! Close to the beach, free sunbeds and umbrella were provided, free drinks (not the highest quality, but it's what you get in Bulgaria)! Altogether, we are happy with what we got on a relatively low budget!Should keep in mind that the parking is paid and it's not very big! I guess during the high-season this might be a problem.

The hotel needs some renovation to be done soon, as it is a bit worn out! It would also be nice to have double beds for couples! Now they just put two single beds together and there is space between the mattresses, which is not great!

The pictures were a lot nicer than the actual place. Breakfast wasn’t good

The hotel has an excellent location near the beach, with free access and a nice pool area. Rooms are spacious, food was good, and the reception kindly upgraded us to a sea view. Staff were always friendly and the room was cleaned regularly. Good terrace for meals and good pressure for hot water.

Some areas could be cleaner — the pool had sand for a few days, and the ice cream section wasn’t very tidy. Food variety was okay but not what you'd expect from a 4-star, and sweets weren’t great( no taste ). Paid parking is available in front of the hotel, The beach and pool bars were nice, though the beach bar could offer more options. Beach sunbeds were without the mattresses, making them hard to sit.

Staff very friendly; location fabulous, price reasonable

Friendly and nice personal, tasty food for the breakfast, our room was cleaned every day, big spacious room with a great view. Tasty ice cream was served at bars. Beach was cleaned.

A bit old hotel. Renovation would be a great idea

Everything was excellent. This is our second time at PalmBeach Hotel and did not regret the choice. Together with our Golden Retriever dog, we had a beautiful vacation, thanks to the wonderful staff. We had a problem with one of the beds on the first night, the staff immediately helped us out, offering many options to choose from-and in the end everything was great. The restaurant is amazing, even for Vegetarians there are so many options to choose from, and really diverse meals on daily basis. From all my travelling experience, this is the single hotel where everybody - from reception / chefs / bartenders / room cleaning - everybody was really trying their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you Pam Beach for making our vacation such a lovely experience, again :).

Exceptional

Car Mazda parked 24 hours at the main entrance of the hotel , covered the face of the hotel.

I could not say that was something that I liked as is below standards.

The beach bar is near toilets , very bad smell, the sunbeds are without cushions. The open bar they have there all the flights are on top of the food. Drinks are the lowest quality.The food on breakfast: omlet row , limited choice.

The private beach was another highlight. It was pristine and came with comfortable sunbeds, allowing us to relax and enjoy the stunning views in complete comfort.Must say thanks for the special surprise birthday gift from the hotel, which made us feel incredibly valued.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for the perfect getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

Good location, walking distance to beach and attractions. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hotel is very very old. Eventho there are many choices at buffet, food wasn’t tasty. Cleaning wasn’t really good enough. Parking should be free for hotel guests!

Food - not too many choices but enough and good.Staff - very friendly.Room - we had an apartment with sea view even if the one we booked was not with sea view.Beach - most of the seats were not "reserved" full day, meaning that at launch most of people took their staff and left free seats. But people used to "reserve" seats with towels in the morning and come to the beach after breakfast.
