Location is great, rooms are nice

Food it was 5from 10, lots of people and you must wait a lot.Hotel needs deep cleaning, staff after each table cleaning they throw leftovers on the floor and it becomes sticky!

Been there several times. Rooms are freshly renovated. Good! Breakfast really worse then ever.

Breakfast not satisfactory.......low level for local standard.

Easy access to beach

Extra fees for roof top pool and fitness room. Overall area not to my taste - too crowded, little authentic local food.

Ok price vs quality

Reception staff and also DO NOT lift or look between the 2 matresses put on a king bed (for some reason). You will find new nuances of yellow.. Also you do not have parking included and it's 11 euro / night, 3 hotels further down the road

The view was nice, only this.

The pool is closed at 5 pm, the roof pool has an extra cost but also it’s closed by 5 pm, the food (dinner especially) was very poor and bad, coffee not included in dinner price, and for all inclusive is a big joke, you don’t have almost nothing to choose, highly not recommended this place!

My impressions are very positive. The hotel is very good. The location is excellent. The rooms are spacious and cleaned regularly. WiFi is stable all the time and can be used for free. The food and drinks in the restaurant are good and there are enough of them at all times. The staff is very kind and friendly. I am very satisfied with the price-quality ratio.

RoomClean services are bad, you have to request for them.Missing boiling, platers and cups. There is no plug in bedroom.The restaurant is for 2-3 stars. Definitely they have to change the chef. For those who took all-included was waste of money due quality of the meal. The same for option breakfast and dinner.Strange policy of the hotel for option breakfast and dinner, at the dinner is allowed to take only water.

Very tasty food and good location.

I did not like the day of my arrival.The guy sitting at the reception didn't know English and I couldn't talk to him. When asked to call the manager, he said, I will not do this, there is no one in the hotel.I ordered a room, but he said that he does not guarantee that I will be accommodated tonight.I was in a state of shock! He was behaving inappropriately, tearing the paper, muttering something to himself...I was shocked by such behavior!

The pool attendant he was very rude when I tried to get a towel - it was 5 minutes after the opening time and he just ignored me - so when i picked a towel up he barked at me saying this is not a shop - when i said whats your problem he said i was the problem - he should never have a job dealing with public no excuses for being rude

The property is situated in the first line on the sea beach, the hotel har parking and pool which is really important

I have not like that the property doesn’t have some of the chaise longues for people who have all-inclusive, also the food is not tasty, and not fresh, also the restaurant is too small for the capacity of the hotel, people during lunch and diners can stai 30 minutes in the Q to take the food which is really bad. The bar is working till 10:00 pm which is not enough during summer at least it can be open till 11:00 pm.Some of the rooms are really nice and big but there’s not everyday service room, if you live tips in the first day that you can be sure that housekeeping will take the rubbish otherwise you’ll remain without toilet paper?

The room was fine, however a bit dirty and dust everywhere.

It said when I booked it that there was a parking, however I had to drive 5 minutes and pay 30 levs extra.

Pros:-We had a swimming pool and deckchairs that we could sit on. we also received towels. Theoretically, it also has a lifeguard. Someone is constantly cleaning it of leaves.-The cleaning ladies are quite kind and you can ask them to change your towels or bring you toilet paper.- I don't know if all the rooms have it, but our rooms had a balcony with a towel dryer on it, really useful.-It has its own parking space. It costs 15 BGN/night, but at least you know your car is kinda safe.-Very close to the beach.

Cons:-As soon as we arrived in front of the hotel, we were greeted by an arrogant parking boy who disappeared when you needed him. I was looking for him outside, at the reception, they called him, he was hard to find.-At the reception the staff was not really the friendliest, the fact that the only language I knew was English and the lady at the reception was not doing so well with it was probably also problematic.-I received no receipt, nothing to certify my payment to the hotel.-The rooms are outdated, smell musty, had cobwebs in every corner, a dirty fridge (with dirty ice in the freezer), wallpaper that was falling off the walls in one of the rooms, the towels ("clean") and the carpet is stained and the bathroom constantly smells like sewage. Fortunately, we have a terrace, so we let as much fresh air in as we can.- The air conditioning does not work in the rooms due to COVID-19, which is a little contradictory to the air conditioning in the restaurant or in the hallways.-Breakfast is challenging to digest. Literally. The meat based meal looks like dog food. It doesn't looked like the presentation photos from booking:) The drinks are warm because the water and juice dispenser is too small to handle the volume of people using it. I also add that in 2022 when we are doing everything we can to reduce pollution and plastic usage, the hotel has stacks of plastic cups that people use. I also mention the restaurant manager(i think)'s bad attitude at breakfast (which ends at 10:00) and her unpleasant greeting and the fact that at 10:01 the lights go off and you're basically kicked out. It doesn't matter that you still have food on your plate, finish it in the dark.-It rained very hard on one of the nights of accommodation and we got caught in the rain on a terrace(not at the hotel). We dashed to the hotel, delighted that it wasn't raining inside, but the irony was that it was pouring down, so we stepped in a huge puddle of water.

I've enjoyed the view offered by the room, the room was very large and the view was directly to the sea, the hospitality of the employees, very flexible as to serve my interests supporting me during my accomodation, the food was ok, surroundings very pleasant, there was music in the night downstaris at the locals, very close to the sea. I would definetly come again!!

The reception staff and the hotel maids were exceptionally efficient welcoming and kind. The room I was given exceeded my expectations tenfold. The rooms were kept very clean throughout the stay and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The beach is very accessible from the hotel.

Long check-in times can be an annoyance.The food was at times poorly prepared (rare instances of raw meat but in most cases chewy and overcooked)

Everything. Horrible selection of food. Bad quality. Unfriendly staff. Dirt everywhere. Plastic cups. Lack of cutlery.

We liked the price, location and a room.

Extremely dirty kitchen and hotel itself. It is impossible to respect yourself and eat there same time
