GRIFID Vistamar Hotel - 24 Hours Ultra All inclusive & Private Beach

Location is great, beach in front. Private beach with sun beds and umbrellas, beach bar. We have not visited in peak season (end june - beginning july), not sure of the entire hotel occupancy during our period, looked busy, which is good, however public areas seem undersized a bit for such a large hotel when fully occupied, might be wrong and that is why i suggest to check guest comments on waiting times and facilities availability in peak periods. Draft beer,great ?

Food generally good in the main restaurant with few points which could be improved: sweets quality which is not great and we avoided. Italian restaurant food - would avoid if possible including the a la carte experience. Food my wife received was not fresh at all and looked awful. We returned it barely touched and moved to the main restaurant which is ok.

No room service and indoor pool and gym were not inviting at all. Both felt like a dungeon punishment ?Entry room at family room felt like a bunker with no windows at all ?

The rooms were clean and the staff was always welcoming and kind. The food was predominantly tasty and the selection was more than enough for everyone to find something to their taste. We went with our young daughter and her grandparents and we had a great time, despite the weather souring towards the end of our stay.

We booked two superior double rooms and we ended up having one as advertised and one significantly smaller and overlooking a roof not to mention it looked completely different then what was advertised.Additionally the indoor pool is rather small and the gym was a bit of a joke (a treadmill, an eliptical and a bike for cardio and for weight lifting it has dumbbells doing to max 10kg and a multifactorial machine that was broken) and was placed right next to the indoor pool so it was rather damp

A variety of food and bar options all day long. Delicious pastry shop and very close private beach.

For an ultra all inclusive we expected free parking, bath robes and slippers, but we didn’t have that.In some parts of the day, the drinks were very diluted and most of the sweets/cakes from the main restaurant were only good looking but the taste was almost the same and blunt.

-many food options and different restaurants to pick from, generally all tasty-room size and amenities(concept room)-services like towel changing, cleaning and minibar filling every day-infinity pool and rooftop area-heated pool was a good option on colder days

-mini fridge in the room was so loud we had to unplug it every night to be able to sleep-also every night there’s some sort of entertainment between 8 to 11, during which you can hear the voices and screaming basically from inside your room and the balcony lights are automatically turned on. i know some people do enjoy this but we’d have liked to have some quiet nights because basically until the show ends you are not able to sit in the balcony or sleep.-around meal times there are actual lines for elevators, climbing 1 or 2 is no big deal but once we had to climb 8 floors because the elevator just did not show up for quite some time.-staff was generally friendly however we did have some waiters looking bored to death with our questions.-bathroom doesnt have a window or any ventilation.-ac is on 23 degrees and you cant change it.

The food was excellent. There was not a moment where you could go hungry.The rooms were big and cozy and the bed provided for the baby was exactly what we needed.There were more than enough baby chairs, all clean.

Tends to get a bit crowded at the elevators during meal time.Also, the parking, though provided, was extra cost and it was in a nearby "wooded area" which means my car is now covered in pine sap and needles.

The staff was very kind and helpful, Food in the main restaurant was good, Rooms were ok.

Not very excited about the evenings with Asian, Italian and traditional Bulgarian cuisine. Food was average, so we preferred going to the main restaurant.

The room was very spacious with the balcony being comfortable.The beach which is right infront of the hotel and the pool downstairs are near, easy to reach and well maintained.

Everything was perfect and exactly as expected.

Staff were very nice and friendly.

Poorly washed plates, cups, glasses. Very sad to see that hotel wants for their guests to enjoy the food in such conditions. Drinks (not referring to alcohol because we haven’t tried) are of the lowest quality, to be more clear here, even water served at the restaurant, bars is with a taste of chlorine seams that it is taken from the pool directly, horrible. Very sad.

Food and cleaning

Elevators if your room is on top floors. 10-15 min to wait for an elevator its too much. In my room there was a constant background noise like a diesel engine generator. I was not able to pin point the source.

The Skyline - Concept rooms area is the best thing. Fine dining at Skyline restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The table was nicely arranged for a special dinner. Nice infinity swimming pool - adults only.

For the special dinner - the bottle of champagne was missing. Coffee machine inside the room - missing coffee capsules. Mattress in the room - bit too hard. The fact that you have to ask for umbrellas at the Adults only swimming pool - in my opinion, it should be already installed

Location, very polite staff, good food, spacious room. In general it was clean.

Pool was small considering the number of people.

The best part of our stay was the sky area so buying the concept room is definitely worth the money. Amazing food, drinks and atmosphere with the infinite pool.

The food in the normal restaurant is not so great and also the 9 course menu in hotel Metropol was very weird and not tasty.

The rooms were clean and spacious, with modern furniture, the food was excellent, the pool had a decent size, the drinks/cocktails were of good quality, the hotel had it's private beach across the street, shared with some other GRIFID hotels, but we could find free sunbeds every day. The bar beach served good and various cocktails. We had access to the aquapark situated at Grifid Bolero premises, that consisted of a kids pool with slides and another pool with 3 slides, for adults, that were fun. While we were there we were allowed to use the drinks machines, not order from the bar, though

The ventilation pipes in the room made a continuous annoying sound all the time and it was very hard to sleep.at night. There was some animation happening at the pool during the day, but we didn't stay at the pool, so i cannot say for sure what program they had(we saw some aqua gym and polo while we were passing by). We could not find available parking spots in front of the hotel, but we were lucky we could find in the nearby parking lot, 100m away from the hotel, 20bgn/day. One thing that I didn't like at all, moreover I think it is important to be red flagged is the fact that the check in is done at 15 and if you want to use the facilities and have lunch when you arrive(they mention that the first meal of the first day is afternoon snack and the last meal of the last day is late breakfast) you have to pay additional 59bgn. So for a stay of 3 nights we had 3 beakfasts and 3 dinners, but only 2 lunches, which is not ok. We also found out about the early check in option of 59bgn 2h before arrival, in a message they sent us. There was no mention of this in advance, when they send you the initial message immediately after the booking is done.

- food was diverse - nice view from the restaurant - good access to the sea- nice bar near the pool- transfer from and to the airport - vibrant area around the hotel where you can walk and have fun in the evening

- stuff is rude and mostly speaks Bulgarian only which makes the communication difficult - several times vegetables weren’t fresh - guests smoke in the open area restaurant where kids are - indoor pool has no air in the room and really bed smell - gym is super small (1 person gym)- average waiting time for the elevator 10 mins - not enough beds for all guests on the beach, we needed to buy an umbrella to have some shadow on the beach - bad family room structure since children’s bedroom are basically the corridor, there is no wall and you can’t take shower/brush teeth etc after you put children to bed

Everything was fantastic very friendly staff and approachable. The room was very clean. Every day you had a variety of food to choose from. Clean outdoor swimming pool. Beach bar was a plus. Well done Griffid Vistamar!!!

The hotel is amazing. The rooms, the food diversity, the staff, animators, location. Very kid friendly. Programs for kids as well. We loved it.

I liked everything

We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed everything. Very clean hotel. Food is different every day. The pool is amazing.

The mattress might be a bit hard for some people but for me was fine.

Lovely roof terrace pool and the a-la-carte restaurant was excellent. Great location and right on the beach. The concept room was lovely. There are many options for dining and you can book in other hotels. The beach was good.

The bed was very stiff and uncomfortable. There was a pillow menu but they just brought the same uncomfortable pillows even after we complained. The hotel was extremely busy and full of families with children so was very noisy and crowded, the buffet was a hassle. The massages were very mediocre, and the massage room was too hot and they couldn't control the temperature.
