Torino Hotel San Luigi - Ristorante Trait d'Union

I did not like anything about the property. It was a three star hotel masquerading as a four star hotel, They said that they were a dog friendly hotel but they were not.

The room had a number of problems, broken light switch and shower door hanging off and dangerous .

Very good quality for the price offered. Easy to get to the city center by public transport. Tickets can be bought at the reception. Convenient and easily accessible underground garage.

The hotel restaurant did not live up to our expectations. The pictures on their menu do not match reality. If you want to taste real Italian cuisine, do not go to this restaurant. We were very disappointed.

This was a great stopover hotel for us, spacious family room, clean, functional and comfortable with adjustable air conditioning. The receptionist was very helpful, the hotel restaurant was closed being August so she directed us to the Roadhouse restaurant 5 minutes walk away which was perfect for our needs as a family with young children. The area although industrial is easy to access from the motorway, it probably serves more business clientele in other months but there were just a few families there at this time. We felt comfortable parking outside for free but there is underground parking for 5 Euro extra if you wish. Breakfast was fine, we particularly enjoyed the strudel.

The surrounding area is not particularly attractive but providing you are happy to stay on the outskirts in an industrial area it's fine.

The room was clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy but hotel was easy access by car. Staff was nice and food at the restaurant good.

Breakfast choice was very limited and started too late if you have an early commitment.

The restaurant, which is part of the hotel, is really brilliant. Great food and excellent service. Highly recommended!

Very, very simple hotel - more like a motel - belonging to a gas station. All around is only industrial area (heavy industry) and no restaurant, supermarket or similar.

Room needs a paint refreshing and extra pillow option for a more comfortable rest, but other than that nothing to complain

This hotel is lier, on booking they said they have parking, but I didn’t find the entrance when I arrived there, the security told me they don’t have parking and he give me a parking underground near the hotel and he said all their client parking there. so what can I do? I’m so tired and don’t have any more choice.And next morning I drive out from that parking , there are low pillar there and I hit it, my cooler pipe leaking and engine started smoking, I have to stop here, then I call my insurance company, but they told me there some top meeting about NATO, all city center closed in next three days for the trailer! now I’m standing on the street waiting for miracle….I’m not blaming anything but if the hotel told me they don’t have the parking, I won’t choose this hotel. Thank you for your lie!by the way, I’m parking in front of the police station! that’s very embarrassing for all the police looking at me as criminal…..

Cleanliness, Very helpful staff especially the receptionists who guided us on how to use the bus/train to go to the City Centre, helped us get a quick taxi, spoke very good English too!

Somehow from our experience we felt that the breakfast is a bit not organized and maybe lack of food like omlettes, sausages, bacon etc.... Still good food from what is served though. Nothing to do per se with the Hotel, location is a bit far from the Centre but we knew about it

It was very convenient to drive to the hotel and park.

For a short stay, everything was satisfactory
