Very friendly staff, everything clean. Good internet connection. Perfectly located.

The owner was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The lady serving breakfast was also lovely.

We only had 1 bath towel in the room -for 2 people

Reception was through the bar next door. The hotel door being closed. Receptionist was efficient. Handed a keycard and instructions how to use and where. Upstairs (There is a lift) to the room. Everywhere clean and shiny. The room is a good size with carpet. Two single beds with clean white linen. Two bedside tables with lamps. Desk & chair with lamp. Wardrobes with plenty of coat hangers and safe. Fridge and tele. Air conditioning is good. The shower room was big enough and very clean. Shower cubicle was an OK size. Single shower head and plenty of hot water. Toiletries and towels both good. Toothbrush set & bar of soap. Outside a balcony with a chair to sit in the sun. Downstairs is an attached bar where you have the breakfast. Beasain is a nice little town with a quite expensive, but, amazing swimming pool complex. Plenty of and a few restaurants. Train station 3 minutes walk away.

It was all good. The breakfast is orange juice, one of either toast and tomatoes or a pastry. Coffee. Not big but. If there’s two beds there should be two seats on the balcony.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and very accommodating in reference to the language barrier.

Some facilities in bedrooms need slight attention namely shower tray being cracked, light hanging out of ceiling and bathroom fixings being loose.

The hotel was clean, the staff helpful, for a one night stay it was ok.

Don't expect a buffet breakfast, it's more like a coffee and a croissant.

Staff, location, bar and motorcycle parking facilities were excellent.One of my friends had a rear wheel puncture and the manager/owner went out of his way to assist. He arranged, on a Sunday morning, for a specialised motorcycle tyre technician to attend and repair. First Class service!!

Very well located, with easy access to the train station for commuting. The staff was awesome, friendly and caring. The breakfast is given in the cafeteria downstairs, very local feeling.

Loved my stay here. Great staff, secure motorcycle parking and Beasain is a very lively interesting place. Reasonable size room, comfy bed, good shower, very quiet.

Shower head taped up so not adjustable. Didn't spoil the experience but could do with being replaced.

Although the staff did not speak English, they did all the could to help you feel welcome. Maria who ran the desk (and other duties), used Google translate to communicate. Near to many bars and restaurants and the train station is 5 min walk away.

Very central, value for money, very clean, host was very helpful and just lovely, free street parking outside and our stay included breakfast downstairs in the Kafetaria

It’s basic and a bit dated and our room was a little dark, fine for 1 night though so nothing major wrong
