Our room was good and everything worked well and did what we wanted and needed. The room was facing away from the motorway so was quieter.

We also had a room for our son. Unfortunately the room stunk of cigarettes. We went out and bought air fresheners but that didn't work well. After two nights in there all his clothes in his case smelt of cigarettes. Very unpleasant. Why do hotels allow this?

Is a Hotel for passing the night with a very good price. You get plenty of free parking lots, and all the very basic needs for a room (clean, shower, dryer, full sized bed) but don't expect fancy stuff such as a fride, coffee, smart cards instead of regular keys for the door, etc. I understand that despite the hotel is next to a highway exit, our room was pretty well noise isolated, so no highway noise during our stay. It is 35 minutes away from San Sebastián - Donostia, and was our best affordable HOTEL option with queen bed (full sized bed, not 2 individuals together) that we found. It has 24h reception in case you need anything at any time. We didn't took the breakfast and we don't regret as it is not worth it, you have a restaurant and a cafeteria where you can buy for an affordable price whatever you want. Lastly I would like to highlight the good attention we got from the staff and also everything was clean.

Considering it is not a fancy/luxury hotel, the room was opened with a regular key, which makes it uncomfortable to carry out comparing it with a card key.

Modern decor, large comfortable bedroom, with air conditioning. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and they were both tasty and excellent value for money. The 3 course dinner with wine and coffee was 17 euros each. The breakfast was simple but you could help yourself to whatever you wanted and was just 4 euros each.

It was close to a major road, so there was some noise from the traffic, but the pluses of this hotel, far outweighed that slight negative.

The hotel was ideally located on the edge of Olaberria and very close to Beasain. The nearest train station was only a 15/20 minute walk away in Beasain. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful. The room was a good size and had decent sized bathroom too. Plenty of storage space for clothes & bags. The carpark was a good size always plenty of spaces free. The onsite bar/cafe was good and the food was nice. We didn't venture into Olaberria (in hindsight that was a mistake) but we did go out in then evenings into Beasain which had a lots of little bars serving great Pintxo! All in all a great place to stay for exploring that area of the Basque region.

The only downside is that is situated by a main road and the traffic noise in the room was a bit annoying at times but that could just be because we aren't used to any traffic noise where we live so I wouldn't let that put you off staying.

The bar ladie and the gins we had was 4+ stars very nice.

The food at the restaurant was very very bad probably the worst we ever experienced. On the set menu only the Bread and the slice of melon was acceptable, the waitress was rushing everything and she wasn’t knowledgeable and didn’t care to help. There was loud talking and loud music at the hotel and surrounding areas, we couldn’t sleep we left at 4 Am missing out our rest and the breakfast that we paid for €100 for one night is not value for money with our experience I wouldn’t stay there for free.

The staff very very helpful but only after I had asked to speak to the manager. Finally they got us a table in the restaurant, which we were very grateful for, however there was little choice for food, but beggars can’t be choosy.

Very disappointed to discover that the restaurant was closed due to a private function, which is not what you want to hear when you’ve been driving 12hrs. No other restaurant nearby, 8 mins drive by car. After insisting on speaking to the mgr we got into the restaurant. Our room, was very good however it was very near to a busy duel carriage way, so I’ve come to the conclusion that Booking Rooms get/order the worst rooms in the hotel. Make no wonder Air B&B is so popular. Breakfast was very poor.

Nice place to stay if you have a long journey and have to stop for a night. Very helpful lady on the reception. Insisted to help me with all my bags (and I had a lot of them). And brought me a bottle of beer even after restaurant working hours. By the way, it is very tasty as well.If you read this, thank you once again for your hospitality and kindness :)

The hairdryer in my bath didn't work.
