- I showed the hotel I booked and paid for in full before arriving showed to the front desk staff was not the room they gave to my mother and cousin. The specific picture and purchase of a room with a balcony and a view of the lake didn’t matter, they were out in a tiny room next door with a small window and slanted roof I couldn’t stand up in. They instead sold our rooms for a higher price to tourists and took advantage. They charged even more for the change to the correct room and said there was a problem with their system so they are not at fault. My mother and cousin had to stay in the smaller room two of the nights with zero compensation for me paying for the better room and getting a crappy one. Then they charged me and my wife extra because we both were in the room and I only paid for one person. I booked the room specifically for me and my wife, as well as stated in a message that they responded to, that it was the room for after our wedding. They didn’t care, they basically tried to scam us at every turn taking advantage of us not being from there, and I still got charged over what booking.com represented as the total and the actual room that I purchased in full. Beyond disappointed with this hotel’s services, people lying to people in situations they can’t do anything but comply. The rooms also had no AC and we had to bring fans which was not terrible for Europe. Once we were all in the correct room; the view was great, room was nice and spacious (for Europe), and the bathrooms were clean. I’m the end I had to pay a lot of extra money for things I purchased in the first place but had no other choice since everything else was booked by then. I do not know if I will go to this hotel again.

No (small) fridge in our room. We were 2 adults + one small child. So we expected a small fridge. Otherwise everything has met our expectations.
The room was so comfortable and clean.
Whilst vegetarians are catered for, it would be good to have more choices: breakfast and dinner.
The hotel staff is very friendly and super helpful. We loved the garden, it's so peaceful and well taken care of.
