- The location close to the airport, the free shuttle service to and from the airport!
- Airport shuttle service and the breakfast buffet was excellent
- Fairly roomy for a hotel in Amsterdam! Very clean. Very comfy beds! Queen size bed was actually a queen size bed! Excellent staff, very helpful. Delicious breakfast with wide variety of foods. Very nice gym and spa, and pool. Free airport shuttle.
Cons -
- Being a female, I would have appreciated a mirror that was accessible, not one that was so far away I couldn¿t see my face to put my makeup on
- Teinted mirror in bedroom made it very hard to apply makeup. Bathroom mirror was too recessed to apply makeup.
- The climate control in the Plaza building was not operating correctly.
