Pros +
- Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent dinners and breakfasts. Comfortable room.
- A very central location in the pretty town of Bad Urach, but still quite quiet. Very helpful host and a spacious room.
- The staff was very friendly and professional, the food at the restaurant was very good, a various breakfast, a spacy, beautiful room and the location of the hotel was simply perfect, only a couple of steps away from the pedestrian precinct and the beautiful market place
Cons -
- We mentioned to the cleaning lady a couple of minor problems in the room (a lamp with a poor connection, a wash-basin plug missing, a poorly draining shower). It was clear she already knew about them, so they should already have been put right.
- Everything was perfect
