Nice spot, flexible checkin

Overly perfumed room, with a huge light outside that was on all night.

We needed somewhere to sleep

The manager is a gentleman, the estblishment is modern, comfortable, the breakfast is very good at a very reasonable price, Ascheberg is a nice village/town off the A1.

The church next door chimed 4 Times for the hour, then the number for the hour, then a longish peal of chimes (prayer call?) - as it was 07.00 anyway it really didn't matter..

The reception chap was very friendly. The room was very nice and really enjoyed the breakfast

Bathroom was a little small but I’m being picky

There was no at least a bottle of water in the room, the toom is located to the Main Street side so was little noisy

Adjacent to our stay, there was a church that disturbed our night significantly. Despite online claims of tranquility, it was far from quiet. Travelling with two children, we found only three blankets in the room. When we asked for an extra one, the staff's response was unpleasant. He mentioned being alone and suggested we should have brought our own blankets. We were taken aback; after all, we booked a room for four and paid the full price. This experience left us feeling unwelcome, and I cannot recommend this hotel, especially for families. The owner's demeanor was far from friendly.

Location and cleanliness

Extremely unpleasant check in and check out, the man didn’t speak English and felt offended I don’t speak German. He continued speaking German and was annoyed I didn’t understand. I travel a lot, but in this hotel I felt like they preferred I wasn’t staying with them..

Room clean and quite comfortable, but noise from the stairs disturbed a little. Parking just outside the hotel. Hotel easy reachable from autobahn. Many restaurants in walking distance from the hotel. (Did not eat breakfast this time.)

I have known the owner for almost 10 years since my first living. This time is my first time coming back after COVID-19 crisis. Nothing has changed, warm like always

The room was clean and welcoming. The location next to the church makes it idyllic. The staff is nice. Even though we arrived late the checkin was done quickly.Breakfast was good!Good location for visiting Münster aswell!

The church also might wake you up early in the morning but it was never something that really bothered us.

great quiet town, clean hotel, good bed, great window blinds that allowed to have 100% dark room to have a good sleep, very tasty breakfast and friendly staff.

Staff speaks English very well. Very good breakfast. When asked if they had tea, they made a pot especially for me! The room has a comfortable size. Considering the very low price, the general quality is amazing.

The wifi did not reach my room (17) reliably, so I made do with my standard mobile phone network. This was perfectly fine for my single night stay. Otherwise no complaints!

The breakfast is copious, although lacking vegetables. Room extemely spacious, everything very clean and affordable. The host fantastic friendly. A little bit old fashioned, but very ordered and in good condition. Extremely spacious bed.

Well, vegetables lacking at breakfast, there is no elevator for second floor, the TV is small, but I did not have the time to watch. WiFinot free, rather charged.

A quiet hotel close to the motorway. Lovely clean room with nice beds.

There was no restaurant but the reception told us about a nice italian just arround the corner.
