The room was nice. The view to the see was excellent. The staff was friendly. The location was very quiet. Close to the Old Sassnitz, which is very nice neighbourhood.

The wifi for my room was not very stable, but that is ok since we were out most of the day.

Room was small and spartan. breakfast was marginal- no fresh fruit, only canned. very crowded at opening time and slim pickings by an hour later. we asked for a takeaway breakfast on our last day so we could catch an early train and were given barely enough for one person with poor quality (1 old apple, one Capri Sun drink, 1 1/2 awful sandwiches and one yogurt -this was supposed to be for two people!!??Too much cigarette smoke everywhere/the hallways smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Our balcony was always smoky from our neighbors’ smoking on their balconies, the back garden was always full of smokers. We did not feel welcome- the staff seemed to see guests as a burden to be endured.
Very good situated near the charming Aldstadt. Nice and clean with good breakfast and helpful staff.
