She was talking to another guest at the moment. I reckon any sensible person would just have let us in earlier and told us to wait upon ringing the bell. We had to ring several times and it was very annoying to wait at the door tired from the long trip. There were bloodstains on the sheets. 5 ml of shampoo/shower gel per day. Checkout at 10 am.
