Breakfast is average. Buffet style

The duty assistant manager is probably the rudest young women I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Every on of my colleagues complained about her and simply could not believe how unpleasant and rude she was to everyone. This made staying in the hotel bar unpleasant. Sinse the hotel is very remote, we took the decision to check-out 6 of our rooms, 2 days early. The hotel are refusing to credit us. Do not book this hotel !!!! You will regret it. BTW, I found the hotel manager similar in attitude when I politely complained. She implied the rudeness was of our own making - quite extraordinary !

Parking on street can be question if arriving late. Bathroom could use a little refreshing.

The location was TOP, as I had a meeting the next morning very close by. Parking oké.

The hotel is oke but nothing more. I can not say it was dirty and uncomfortable but the fridge in the room was switched off and there was no bottle of water. The breakfast was poor and not in a bit as it was mentioned on the website, coffee also poor. Too expensive for the price I paid (450 PLN).

All is fine, room was big and nice and clean!But the bed was not good and the pillows - not good at all. Breakfast is not 15€ worth to by

Broken shower, you can hear everything in the room, cleaning staff very loud in the morning, understand they need to work but they could be more quiet as some people would like to have a sleep in the morning rather then being woken up unpleasant at 8am

We rested well. A little bit too dark. Close to the shopping center which is a walking distance. Big enough for a 3 people.

The breakfast could be more variety.

Location is excellent for Chopin airport and it’s ok for Modlin airport too. The hotel is well located for travelling up from Krakow. The property is clean and very functional.

It’s starting to get a little bit tired in places. I think a long time ago this was a fairly premium traveler hotel, the facilities have been very good when originally built. Over time there’s a few hints of things being a little tired in the decor department now but everything I experienced was still fully functional and I was happy given the price I paid

Regarding to air conditioning in hotel room....I guess management decided to cut the cost and the lowest possible temperature was set to 20 Celsius degrees (68F). I could not make my room colder.

Good but needs refurbishment

Each year I stay at this hotel and see that it’s getting worse, sadly. Staff is nice, breakfast is good but the condition of the rooms is poor for such price :(

Breakfast was good and tasty. Place is close to Outlet.

The mattress was very uncomfortable. The smell in the room was not good. The hotel return me into 90'

Good place, not too far away from Warsaw. Some big shops around the area.

Mattress is very uncomfortable. What is more, it's covered by some sort of plastic or something, and makes terrible noice. I had bad sleep each night we stayed there and it's the only thing I didn't like.
