- On Saturday the 17 th of September, I beesed to catch an early train to STendal. I was not sure how long it would take me to walk to th station , it took me 25 minutes. The signage for a pedestrian was not very clear. i bot the train, but only just. The Hotel am Rathaus is a little further than other's. breakfast being served at 8 a.m. on a Saturday made it a little more difficult.

Everything was brand new. We really thought it’s gonna be worst stay according to bookings rating the hotel had. I am confused to this day why the rating is low because hotel was clean, refurnished, staff was really pleasant. Breakfast was lacking variety of food but overall the best thing is value for money. I could not expect more from a small hotel in a small German town for the money I payed.
Even though the staff is really friendly but the communication skills in English are poor.
