our rooms were freezing cold when we arrived, it was -7 outside and I believe the staff could have turned the radiators on for us.The barman was rude and very unwelcoming.

i had requested a quiet room, and got a ground floor room above the exit of the underground car park, overlooking the bin centre and public car park.
The location is excellent. Our room had a tiny balcony overlooking the sandy beach. It was easy to find a restaurant for dinner. Underground parking was great. The property allowed us to leave the car in the garage and walk around the pedestrian zone after check out.
