The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Breakfast was perfect!Bed was very comfortable Location was town center

Everything. The room was specious, it was quiet at night. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very pleasant.

Roomy and the guy on reception was great. We didn’t get breakfast until 11:30 and we just went into little cafe and they served us with some great breakfast food I have to say.

Location, in the very centre of herford, hotel is very nice and modern, good sized rooms , clean and tidy, bathroom is also a good size, powerful shower, Staff are very friendly and helpful, Breakfast is buffet style, good variety, Parking is offsite, but is about 50metres away, it's in the Alt stadt parkhaus, plenty of spaces ,which are big , also very secure, and the hotel pays for the parking, just collect your ticket when driving in , and the hotel reception will frank your parking ticket and that's it, use your ticket when leaving the parkhaus, I've stayed at this hotel on many occasions, would definitely recommend to others, the location and the free parking is a big winner for me

Lovely rooms and very nice staff with a good breakfast in the middle of the city centre.

The WiFi doesn’t seem to reach the edges of the first floor, so wasn’t available.

We stay in the new rooms and are comfortable and clean. The bed was great and they accept our little dog.

The hotel is in a pedestrian street, so you will have to carry your bags from the parking. It is not the easies to find by car. The elevator are a bit old and small.

Location, just perfect, everything is in close proximity, Rooms are a good size, clean and tidy, bathroom is a decent size with good shower, bed is comfortable, Staff are super friendly and helpful, Breakfast is good , buffet style, with a good selection, Would definitely stay again and recommend to others

We stayed in room 45. It would benefit from decoration and new cotton bed linen (sheets and duvets). Having a kettle, with tea / coffee would have been nice.

A very beautiful and stylish room with an excellent bed, nice furniture and a perfect bathroom. There were coffee making facilities, as well a minibar in the room. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the middle of the city, but in a peaceful position. Breakfast was very good. Nice staff.

They claimed to have gluten free alternatives at breakfast, but when I asked for gluten free bread I was told I should have asked in advance. Also no gluten free müsli was offered. Coffee very weak (but that is normal in Germany)

Very friendly staff. Helped us get taxis, find a bank and were overall very accommodating. Couldn't recommend staying here highly enough.

WiFi wasn’t working, aircon in one of our rooms wasn’t working. Rooms weren’t serviced on our second last day.

Very consistent quality, doesn't matter what time of year it's always perfect. Kind employees, decent breakfast and, the most important thing, good coffee in the morninge

, Fantastic location, in the centre of town , with very friendly and most helpful staff, a superb hotel, room was very nice, we stayed in the black suites,very modern and spacious, very clean and tidy and comfortable,breakfast was included and was good, Parking is beside hotel in a big parkhaus, hotel have deal with the parkhaus and cost only 4 euros for a 24 hour period,easy access to the parkhaus from street, big and spacious and plenty of big parking bays, I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others,

Friendly staff, good breakfast with an exceptional coffee!

the room was very spacious and and the shower was amazing so clean and lovely. the staff was very lovely the gentleman was so polite and helpful. I am definitely going back to stay at the same hotel it was such a lovely relaxing stay and the location was perfect. shops all nearby.

the only thing is nothing is opened in the evening but we do if you are feeling a bit hungry you would need to get it in daytime
