IntercityHotel Herford

Very nice staff. Lovely clean rooms. Great shower. Tasty breakfast.

Clean and comfortable room. Delicious breakfast. Helpful staff and centrally located.

Clean, comfortable, attentive staff, location close to main station, great breakfast - thoroughly enjoyable 3 night stay

Easy to reach. Friendly staff. Cozy bedroom with all you need, including a fridge and a kettle. The breakfast was great with a lot of vegan options. Thank you very much for the pleasant stay.

Hotel is close to Herford train station and lovely short walk to the old town. Check in was fast, good service from receptionist Macias. Room size is good. Perfect for our short stay.

The tinted wall between the bed and toilet was disturbing as the light was too bright when switch on.

Great location for our weekend stay.Breakfast was great and the staff met our Gluten Free requirement with ease.

Clean in communal and rooms, good comfy bed

Breakfast a little limited

Nice modern hotel with very comfortable bed. Rooms are well equipped.

Expensive overnight parking.

Location

The breakfast was a real disappointment. The cooked food was very salty- to the point the scrambled eggs were inedible.

Very impressed - great location, superb staff (friendly and helpful), very clean and, all in all, a very comfortable three night stay.

close to the train station. breakfast was good. Lobby was nice meeting place.

would have liked a few more restaurants within walking distance but I know hotel can't do anything about that.

Breakfast had good variety. Plenty of hot drinks. Hotel was very clean and stylish.

The cooked breakfast foods had been cooked along time and taste was not as good as it should have been.

Rooms are very nice and clean.

Not suitable for International business. They only speak German. They don't even tell you this, they go straight to German without explaining "Hey! Sorry Sr. we don't speak nothing but German here" A shame :/

Unfähiges Personal am Telefon

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip and had a terrible experience. The staff was incredibly unhelpful and unable to provide me with an invoice. They claimed that they could not find my booking in the system because my name was "too foreign" to understand over the phone. I had to spend hours on the phone with them trying to sort out the issue, which was incredibly frustrating.Eventually, they were able to find my booking but still could not provide me with an invoice. They said that their system was not compatible with foreign names and that I would need to contact my company to get an invoice. This is completely unacceptable and has caused me a great deal of inconvenience.I would strongly advise anyone considering staying at this hotel to avoid it at all costs. The staff are incompetent and the service is appalling. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

Awesome view of the stunning Martha Herford Museum directly in front of the hotel. The room was in perfect condition and really tastefully designed.
