Surrounded by Voorthuizen’s green environment, Recreatiepark de Boshoek offers modern bungalows with a terrace. Recreation area Zeumeren is 1.2 mi away, here guests can go hiking and cycling. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. The bright bungalows feature an earth tone décor. They are equipped with a seating area, flat-screen TV and coffee/tea making facilities. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and toilet, a hairdryer is provided. All bungalows have a small kitchenette with a stove, fridge and microwave. There is also an on-site restaurant, a snack bar and a bar where guests can have a drink. Breakfast is delivered daily to the room. Packed lunches are available on request. Recreatiepark de Boshoek offers many facilities. There is an in- and outdoor pool, a sauna, a tennis court and guests can rent bicycles. There is also an on-site supermarket and guests can even visit the hairdresser or go bowling. National Park de Hoge Veluwe is 11 mi away. The Apenheul, a monkey zoo, is 14 mi away. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Swimming pool #1: Closed from Mon, Sep 09, 2024 until Wed, Dec 31, 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 480 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that during low season the restaurant, in- and outdoor swimming pool and sauna have different opening hours. Please note linen is not included, but is available on site at an extra fee pf EUR 12.00 per person per stay. Please note that the property is obliged to only offer leisure stay, as mandated by local governments.

Pros +
- Location, Peaceful, Calmness. Could not explore all the facilities as we were on a short stay
- beautiful view from the terrace, peace and quiet
- a nice village, has a potential but they have to improve the house maintenance
Cons -
- The access to the site by means of only license plate registration and the only option to do that via the app. I tried to link my reservation of the site in their app to register my license plate (already shared this info). Even after several tries for a week before the trip the link did not work in the app at all. There was no other way to do this. So I was unable to register the license plate. we arrived after the reception was closed and I mentioned this several times over the chat. The only option was to call the emergency number who helped us get in, get out. But we had to call everytime, wait on line, etc. which is a waste of time. and in night when we came back there is no one to let us in. We had to park outside and walk a lot.. and we spent more than an hour trying to setup the app again on our check in... its way too complicated. And way too many emails and messages.. for nothing.
- the rooms are too small, low maintenance condition, lots of flys and mosquitoes and no window net. the reception is availabl only a very few hours per day so you can hardky get response to problems.
