Pros +
- The reception was great, we both enjoyed the breakfast and the rooms were great for the price.
- Sparkling clean. Nice breakfast not some special but enough to start the day. The room was spacious and even the remote tv control was disinfected and put in a plastic clean bag. It says a lot about their focus on having a clean room. Not in tourist Malaga but in real life Spanish country side. Very glad that I stayed there.
- The staff were really friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean and modern, the bedroom and bathroom were spotless, with a really comfortable bed. There were lots of bars and restaurants nearby, within walking distance, and lots of easy on road parking. Also very easy to find using google maps
Cons -
- We had an issue with the shower filling up with water, the receptionist called us to put us into another room so we came back to the hotel, the maids were in the new room as we were moving our stuff my partner who speaks Spanish overheard them complaining about us being in the room. On top of that we had found a few shards of glass on the floor and also a few hairs on fresh sheets.
- All was nice. The location is far from Malaga if you work in Malaga but still there is a bus ( mass public transportation system) that takes you there with about 1.5 euros and it makes it feel like a suburb. The only drawback was the patio that had no view at all.
- No tea/coffee making facilities were in the room, and there wasn`t a lot of choice for breakfast, but what they did have was very nice!

Very good price! Good staff but we had difficulty communicating in English! Good city you feel safe with a wonderful park a few meters away! There is also a market few meters away
There is a slaughterhouse right across from the hotel entrance and there is a smell in the street. The room was not that clean and overall the facilities seem a bit old.
Excellent continental breakfast options and personnel assistance.
It is located in front of a pork processing plant and outside of the facility the odor is awful. However, inside the facility is pleasant and very clean.
Clean rooms, nice staff, not far from Malaga by car.
The breakfast had small variety.
The comms were excellent, we got into the hotel without any issues with the instructions given post reception opening times. The room was clean and cozy, the bed was comfy, and there was enough room for our luggage etc. The bathroom was clean and the water presure decent. Parking on the street, I can imagine it can get tricky to find a spot, but we were lucky.
Ehm, we got a room with a view into the meat factory yard across the road.
The whole trip was going really well until the last day. I had a hire car in the cellar of the hotel, lift up and down from car park. Power cut on last day at 1130 am, all electric back on except the power for the lift. Sat in hotel foyer, with hotel manager in the dinning room for nearly 6 hours, not really bothered that my son and I were stuck in his hotel. I eventually had to pay for a taxi to the airport, go and buy our own food and try to explain to the hire company that their car was stuck in the hotel. It was all pretty good until then, left a really sour taste in our mouths. Get a grip manager, a little effort from you would have gone a long way.
Hotel is nice and clean, comfortable very nice ans friendly lady working at reception Very rude barman and really bad breakfast old eggs... felt bad all day long! rude person serving it asked if we can finish few piece of half eaten cake and 2 croissants with coffee in the room said okay and when checking out asked to pay 7euros! No parking on the street only underground which costs extra
Room clean and modern
slaughterhouse location directly opposite this hotel should make it close its doors forever. cannot unsee, unhear or ins
it was directly opposite the largest slaughterhouse in Spain. we paid extra for a balcony. Room was on third floor. could see directly into slaughterhouse and cannot unsee, unhear or unsmell the sights. Just horrific. went on balcony once and didn’t use it again. I’m absolutely traumatised. had to wear earplugs at night as could hear the animals screaming and machinery clanking all night. just AWFUL. you need to remove this property from your books.honestly the worst place I’ve ever stayed.
Large enough room, good breakfast, a lot of parking spots within 100-200m, great price at least during off-season. Grocery store 200m away.
Location is in the centre of the town.
Noise and smell from the abbatoir opposite the hotel. No reception or facilities Sunday afternoon or evening. Shower broken, tired and patches of mould. Not value for money.
Comfy, quiet and clean. Very nice staff.
Obviously, the location opposite a dreadful pork factory ain't great. But cheap cafes and restaurants nearby, ample safe parking, a bus stop outside, and a short walk to the railway station compensate
I was really impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The location was fantastic, with great bars just a short walk away. I also appreciated the convenience of having parking available right in front of the hotel. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and offered a nice variety.
Reception was due to be open until 9pm but received a message about payment so called them to be told reception was closing in 10 mins 5pm at this time we were still in the uk
Locations was great for us as a one night stop heading to other places. Excellent check in and access after check in time closed.
Modern hotel..quality staff comfy beds..all good at hotel..but the meat factory opposite..that's unfortunate with the occasional smell..but the hotel itself ... excellent..can't fault
Meat factory...
It was simple and clean
Nobody speaks english, breakfast servis was terrible, tables were not clean, nobody took care about the service.
Breakfast was okay just needed a little more food on the plates
Would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room but the room was lovely and clean
Very nice lady who checked us in and advised us of restaurants nearby. The Booking. Com description says that the hotel has a restaurant. It does not. No evening meal was available ,it serves breakfast and light lunches. The breakfast was good, but when we asked for more tomatoes, as only 2 slices were available we were told it was not possible. What cafe does not have a tomato in its fridge!! served from 7.00 till 10.30. All in all this was a good place to stop off at and very good value.
The waiter on duty in the morning could have been more helpful
