Bowling and the pool was fun and the breakfast was terrific.

The rooms themselves are rather rough for the price.

Great location for our needs, a trip to Energylandia and then the Salt Mines, Krakow & Auschwitz.

Great hotel, huge room with a balcony and nice view at the mountains, fantastic breakfast with great variety. I liked all the options that are there for having fun and most favorite for me was obviously the pool with the small sauna. It is in a quiet and green area which was also appreciated. Also the later check out was fine - one did not have to rash out of the hotel in the mid of the morning.

It would be great if the pool was open longer at the weekend. Also I wanted to warm up my bones in the small sauna before we left on Sunday and it was not ready when the pool opened.

Smell around hotel...

A nice and quiet hotel close to Energylandia Park, offering a very good alternative to the expensive places nearby. It's about a 15-minute drive by car and also close to the Oświęcim Memorial and Museum. The hotel is situated on top of a hill, offering lovely views. The breakfast was reasonable, and there were no problems with parking during our stay.

Coffee at breakfast - they have a coffee machine which looks like your cup will be freshly grind beans. Unfortunately it wasn’t grind and it tasted awful. Couldn’t drink it. Had one of the herbal teas instead.

We are a family of four and were in Radocza on a quick get away in April. Yet another time we enjoyed everything and are sending compliments to wonderful staff working there

All staff were very friendly and professional. Especially ladies @ reception.l (incl. Night shift). Swimming pool, jacuzzi and the kids zone as well as the outdoors were great and our kids loved it. Breakfast was great too, hence compliments to the restaurant and kitchen staff. One improvement however is necessary and this is placing of kettles with coffee and tea bags sets inside the rooms (3* section) which would have made those liking having coffee in their beds very happy. Overall, a really good experience and we look forward to returning.

Would have been great if water temperature in the pool as well as jacuzzi could go some 2 Celsius up. Equally, wet sauna could be hotter and door seal as well as the hinges need looking at.

I really liked the Hotel, the structure and the service.

I would just like to add, as I was with my family, my two young children, I thought the toy room should have more equipment, more games, more toys for the children. My children said they had almost nothing and left the room within minutes. Due to the rainy weather, we were unable to use the outdoor playground. Another think that the water in the pool was cold and practically everyone wanted to get into the jacuzzi, the problem is that there was only one and it was difficult to wait with the children for someone to free up a seat. If the pool water was warmer, we wouldn't have any problems.

Although the hotel is on a hill in the middle of nowhere it provides wide range of activities, indoor and outdoor. The swimming pool with jetstream is great, jacuzzi and steam sauna are nice add-ons. The gym is a bit outdated but enough for an easy exercise. The restaurant offers really great meals, we had soups, pasta, burgers, desserts, all delicious. Breakfast very tasty and sufficient. We stayed in a suite, adequately equipped, not too modern but fine to stay with a family. Staff speaks moderate English and all are very polite and willing to help. Prices are adequate. Energylandia just 15 minute drive. Surely coming back soon.

This hotel was a really nice surprise during our trip. Our room was spacious, with a balcony. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool with a steam bath. It was fun to play bowling (there is a bit minimised version in the hotel) and pool. Food in the restaurant was really good and for a really fair prices. Breakfast - outstanding.

Decor of the hotel is a bit outdated. The mattresses in the beds are worn out and not comfortable.

If you ordering for family 4 persos better take 2 dubel rooms then one. Because the give on extra bed witch is not soo good. Better have 2 rooms with 2normal beds.

Communication in the Main Reception could do with a bit of improvement.I don’t think they do the best handover of the shift.Took three receptionist to get the fan in the room.It took literally 5 minutes for the last Receptionist to organise it, so it’s not so complicated.She was very much on it.

The rooms were spacious and adequate for a family of 4. Huge selection at breakfast, indoor pool, and billiards made this stay memorable.

The room door made enough noise when opening and closing to wake up everyone on the floor. The way to the pool and restaurant could be better marked. There were not enough parking spaces.

Room was spacious and comfortable, the location was lovely and quiet and the restaurant did very good food but a limited choice. Also very good parking for cars and motorcycles.

No wifi connection was available in the room (although it has been stated that they have a good wifi connection). I was only possible to “catch “ wifi in the lobby, restaurant and SPA. Fitness area was like a joke. Equipment seems left there from the middle of the last century and those few old trainers squeezed in about 5 square meters. Pool area was nice, but too small for two hotels and therefore overcrowded in the evenings.
