Great location, super activities and great breakfast.

Bed lining was totally clean and spotless. But it was not smeel like fresh.

Nice hot pool for children..Perfect breakfast.

No restaurant or bar in the evening so I had to go out to find something to eat.It is quite remote from shops and restaurants

An excellent, cozy hotel in a beautiful, scenic location with a pond and very green grounds. The rooms are spacious, neat, and clean. The hotel features a large sports complex with a swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. There is also a large, secure parking lot.

The main and significant downside is that there is nowhere to have dinner in the evening. After 7 PM, no buffet or café is open. This is surprising for a place that attracts so many visitors. It's also very difficult to call a taxi to this location. The nearest cafés are quite far away. So, to avoid going hungry, you will either have to order delivery or drive somewhere.Paid parking for hotel guests.There can be too many visitors in the aqua zone.

The hotel is situated in a quiet location. Guests can freely choose from a variety of delicious breakfast options. The hotel offers a variety of leisure activities, including bowling, squash, and an indoor swimming pool, all set in a pleasant environment.

Despite the room being in need of a minor refresh. The cleanliness and amenities are good. The seating arrangement during breakfast is unusual. It’s probably a sign of attentiveness, but it doesn’t appeal to me. In addition to the many leisure activities, you can expect a higher number of visitors even in winter season.

Swimming pool and kid's play arena make it a great hotel for a family retreat.

There's no restaurant open to eat in the afternoon and while there are plethora of delivery options, it's a bit inconvenient.

The place is great for a family time. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was great.

The pool area for kids was closed the whole weekend and nobody informed us before, we found out when we were already there in our swimming suits.

Comfortable room and a bed. Friendly stuff. Found a bath (instead of shower) - very surprised! It was great to use it.

Not clear how to use car entranse/leave parking. Where to pay for it, cause reception doesn't work 24/7. It wasn't very clean room. Tried to find out in a website, but it's in polish only.

Safe, located in a guarded park, with a waterpark/indoor playhouse/bowling/sports facilities next door, which is mainly for young children. The area is nice for relax and walk.

it is a pity that the restaurant is not open for lunch and dinner as you could then only order delivery from the city or travel there for lunch/dinner. Also, the waterpark becomes very crowded after 10:00.

great location! Very calm and serene, but also not far away from Lodz city centre. Staff was very helpful and attentive.

there is a train-track near by, so gets a bit loud when train passes by. Breakfast could be better. but in general we were satisfied.

The localisation is great, surrounded by forests. The territory is also green and calming. Personnel was polite. Tram stop is just 5 minutes away.

Reception desk has very limited working hours. When I was arriving, I was coming slightly after 19 and they left the key at the entrance guard. Also the receptionist called me about that and passed the key even though I told I’m in the taxi and will be there shortly so when I came she was still there - what was the point?.. Also, she was mentioning the specific gate which the taxi should drive through - although I had no idea where it was, I had just the address. Luckily, the guard on the other gate hasn’t closed it yet at that time so we were able to drive through it. Also, it’s not very convenient when you have questions- receptionists are not present neither in the morning, nor in the evening. One night kids were running and screaming in the corridor after 10 pm and there was no one I could ask to deal with that as the authorities of the hotel. The breakfast is good but could’ve had a bit more variety.

Everything was great, as expected! Great location, comfortable room, tasty breakfast - all what you need to recover during the trip with family.

Great place with park, lake and sport facilities. Friendly staff. Pet friendly: we stayed with two cats.
