Hotel and breakfast were OK.

I would like to officially complain about our stay at your hotel on April 5/6.They accommodated us even though they knew that there would be a party with very loud music in their hotel.The music was extremely loud in our room until 2 A.M. I called the reception several times to say that the night silence was not observed and that it was not normal. But even after 2 A.M. there was still a lot of noise in the hallway.I had headache all night and I only slept for 3 hours.Thank you for solving my complaint.

Quiet, romantic, restaurant in the hotel, good breakfast

The old castle-medieval look made the experience super nice and also the breakfast was bardzo smaczny! Location also good as it was close to Będzin and straight ahead to Katowice.

They didn’t have a hair dryer in the bathroom. Other than that everything was ok.

Charming little hotel, very beautifull outside. Friendly staff, near Rome baths. Relaxing environment.

The rooms were rather basic, they would need some refreshments and refitting (stainy chair, smell from bathroom, carpet cleaning). For my opinion it is little bit overprised. We paid for very good breakfast (booking summar) and asked in advance for possibilities of gluten free and milk free offer because of allergies and hotel staff confirmed it (if they would not we would simply take care about ourselfs) but in the end there seemed to be miscommunication-oat milk was ready(but was not gluten free) and even we gave some tips what they can prepare it was not ready, probably they forgot about it, for example more fruits or vegetables were missing, we could not make any porridge because we were not sure what is safe to eat, and no possibility to prepare anything at the moment, so we ended with very basic variety-eggs, ham and cucumber. Gluten free plant base milk was added in the end. The staff prepared wine as a gift for an apology, what was very appreciated. But of course have a nicer breakfast for our long journey would be the right approach when you expect guests with restrictions.

Looks so old everything, feels not clean in the room. We didn’t like restaurant as well.

Hotel looks really nice and the wood work was really Impressive

There were really loud people in the room next to me, they were screaming and laughing loudly until 1 am. The hotel staff did nothing to quieten them down. The hotel itself looks lovely.

Bath in bathroom. Water and cookie in room when arrived. Nice garden. Big and tasty breakfest. Big parking

No tea or coffee in the room. No one cleaned room during the stay or changed towels. TV didn't work properly.Restaurant was closed - I spoke with staff about opening times when i booked and noone said in till be closed in two days for a month. Disappointed...
