Quietness, rich breakfast offer, solid wifi, nice personnel, good parking options (free and paid).Restaurant offers also nice evening meal offer (Italian cuisine).
During the first night it was only 19 Celsius degrees in the room, despite A/C set to warming and radiator enabled. We had to ask for the additional duvels. On the second night it got warmer (21 Celsius degrees) though.Matresses and (flat) pillows could have been more comfortable, given it was 4-stars hotel.
The staff was courteous, helpful and efficient, the cleanliness was thorough, the restaurant was courteous and service was a pleasure
Half an hour drive to Katowice airport, located next to a shopping mall and fast food restaurants nearby.
The breakfast was not good. Only one waitress was working (I think Gloria) in such big restaurant.
Near to shopping mall, 30 minutes from airport
Little dark from inside at night. I selected business room while It is almost same with standard room with about 30% price difference.
Good breakfast, clean room, free gym.
The facility of the gym is quite old.
Good breafast, clean room, close to the mall.
Definitly the pillows are too small and soft.
so so.
Ordered a 3-bed room, We were told to pay extra for it. The beds were very narrow and uncomfortable. The towels in the room were dirty. I am very disappointed.
Breakfast was exceptional, many things to choose from we loved it
