Stayed to go to the local Parkrun. Comfortable room, had a great nights sleep. Staff helpful, good wifi

Only v slight downside was no kettle in room, although you could make a hot drink in the lobby

Shower was a little bit small for a large bathroom.

Good location near the town. Comfortable, warm, clean. Staff spoke enough English to make it easy. Didn't need breakfast (we stayed one night to attend the nearby "parkrun" at Zalew Łeg) so couldn't comment.

The toilet was far to close to the wall, but hey, thats probably an issue in the room, minor inconvenience!

It is really the only decent hotel in the central area. So the location is good. It was extremely clean. Their cleaning staff is obviously very good. It is quiet. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. It was also very quiet when I stayed there.

It states that there is air conditioning. There is NO air conditioning. Maybe the conference rooms and the restaurant are air conditioned, but the rooms are not. I had to go to the mall and buy a fan. There is no refrigerator or kettle with coffee or tea in the room. To me this does not meet modern standards. The hotel is aging but clean. I guess if they are the only decent hotel in the center of the city they feel like they don’t have to give the expected amenities.

Was indicated restoration open but was not. After long day travelling any restoration available around so need to take car and to have a poor dinner .. on web site was indicated open restoration so any take a care of customer needs or to update the information..

Not correct information about restaurant service ( indicated but not working ). Any cooperation with any structure and the Chinese restaurant indicated so only take away speaking only polish.. no way to have food… Any discount or another solution to compensate the issue on service … breakfast paid but nothing was available a part a loooong coffee and some plastic food .. very poor

The breakfast was different. Clearly Polish folk have different breakfast tastes, that said, the range and quantity of food available was excellent. The staff were very polite and friendly and were very helpful. We had an excellent meal in the restaurant on our first night.

Booking.com, once again, it would have been nice to know that the restaurant is regularly closed on Thursday evening. We had about a 15 minute walk, through a run-down part of Jaworzno to find a restaurant. We found a pizza restaurant and had an excellent meal.

Good budget hotel value.

Worst hotel breakfast for years. Food okay. BUT. No jug of milk for cereals. Possibly jug of Apple juice but no Orange or Grapefruit. Coffee machine produced brown water, flooded and useless. Waitress disappeared and never returned. Would not stay there again or recommend.
