- Last day the light in the bathroom broke, which was a nuisance but we were packing to leave anyhow.The shower pressure was great but the shower head holder was flimsy and broken which made having a shower interesting. Not really up to date (no USB charger sockets)Very small tv and bed side lamp didn’t reach the socket.

Good location in the centre of Zatec square, and the room was nice and warm sometimes even a little too hot.

There was no working reception. You needed to check in and check out in another hotel, at the opposite end of the city center. I have never seen something like this before.

Staff was pleasant. The hotel is in old building, lots of stairs, rooms are small but overall we had a pleasant stay. Breakfast selection was good. Free parking was convenient, right at the front of hotel with disability spot which we needed.
The rooms were older but clean, though light switches could use more attention. Night lamp cable did not reach the plug so couldn't turn it on. Elevator was sketchy, had to press button from the outside to let people out.
