Hotel U Hada Žatec

The shower in the bathroom did not have a curtain and there was a wooden beam right above it. I had to bend to be able to take shower. This was an inconvenience.

Nice hotel in the middle of the town. Check without staff in no problem via Code sent by SMS. Clean rooms, spacious enough, comfortable beds. Good breakfast selection. Public Parking in the streets is possible but needs to be paid for, can be done easily via credit card

It is a lovely, clean, well located hotel, with delicious breakfast and really friendly staff. Communication is excellent, facilities are beautiful. Highly recommend!

In front of the Hotel there are 3 parking-places reserved for Hotel guests and one was available when I arrived. For check in you will receive a code by email which allows you to open a safe in front of the door with your room-card in. Reception was also available but is perhaps not the standard. For check out reception is available.

I had a room underneath the roof where for a shower in the bath-tub I could not fully stand under the ceiling. That was the only thing.

Very comfortable bed, nice room and great breakfast.

You had to slam the doors shut so they would stay closed. No lift because it's an old building.

Had no heating in the room although seemed okay in the common area.A portable electric heater provided by a member of the hotel staff had to run all night after our report to the customer service. A private feedback then confronted with "others did not complain".

i didnt use wifi. Room number 6. we checked with few colleagues but they also couldnt connect.

Spacious room with complete equipment, comfortable bed. The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was great, with a lot of choice. I highly recommend it and I would love to come back here again.

The virtual reception. They have a check-in system that requires an electronic connection between our phone and the lock. My phone, to which I had downloaded the app was unable to reach the internet, so the system did not work for us. Furthermore we were unable to identify our room number since the “family room” we had reserved had no room # attached. So we had to wait around for staff to actually show up and give us functioning keys ?

The room was very spacious and comfortable, hotel is excellently located on the main town square.

Staff were excellent, spoke good English and helped me find parking spaces which were free to hotel guests.

In the heart of old town. Nice staff. Good value for the money.

Location on the main square in the historic centre of Zatec. Online check-in via Alfred application. Tasty breakfast. You can park your car in front of the hotel or on nearby street, they have reserved parking spots. Room was overall nice with a lot of amenities.

I stayed in the attic room, which was really cold. They provided me with the small oil heating radiator, but it was not enough. I felt cold the whole night. Please try to figure this out or don't let your guests stay in this room during winter.

Perfect location on the main square, cool old-castle-like vibe in the hotel. Family room very spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful with changing our booking and finding a restaurant for a late dinner on the night if our arrival.

Staff was very friendly, the room was nice and the location (on the main square in the historic centre) is great without it being a noisy place. Very recommendable.
